Because of the previous events of yesterday Kid decided that going to school and seeing my father was a bad idea. So instead he and I stayed at his house and watched a movie, that kinda made me a little sad because even though Kid and I are going to the dance together it still isn't official that we're together so its kinda like we're just flirty friends. 'Maybe that's all he wants us to be ' I think to myself as he lays his head into my lap and looks up at me with a curious face noticing there's something wrong. "What ate you thinking about princess ?" he whispers softly as he pauses the movie and sits up holding my hand with a comforting smile. I sigh looking into his beautiful glowing yellow eyes and take a deep breath but before I could speak I rushed him into a deep kiss, shocked kid kissed back closing his eyes. I didn't know what had gotten into me , I just couldn't help it. When i pulled away we were both red and breathing hard, as I try to apologize his soft lips shut mine up slowly and he smiles "Don't apologize Maka" he whispers as he runs up stairs to get something from his room.
As I sit there speechless like touch my lips thinking 'I can't believe I just did that, I kissed him...and he kissed me' I smile thinking of his soft lips against mine as he comes back with something behind his back and he sits next to me. "Maka" he whisperes looking into my eyes "I've liked you since we first met on that bus and I was wondering... " he pulls his arms from behind him and opens a thin box and in that box was a necklace that matched his wring "will you be my girlfriend? " he asks with a hopeful look in his eyes.
