He sat in his throne room, his face miserable. Today was the one year anniversary of his precious omega's death.
His friends watched as the prince held on hopelessly onto the omega's clothes. He sobbed, "these were the last things... he wore... before they..." His heart-wretching sobs echoed through the halls. "I'm sorry Izuku... I'm sorry I couldn't protect you!"
The cries continued on for the rest of the day.

A woman stayed seated down as her daughter played. "That daughter of her's doesn't even look like her." A woman passing by whispered.
"Yeah just look at the little girls blue hair, and her red eyes." Another woman replied. "It's obvious the that woman isn't her mother."
"Well maybe the daughter takes after her father?" The woman responded.
Izu sighed before standing up. He winced as he moved towards Eri. He spoke to Eri with the most female-like voice he could muster. "Are you ready for lunch sweetheart?"
Eri nodded and skipped to their little home with Izu. He winced with each step. But smiled towards the daughter. It wasn't seen by many but scars littered his skin, and he had a cane. Blood dripped onto the concert until he disappeared into his little hut.
"The woman needes to hire a doctor." A woman said as she was concerned.
"Bet the blood was her period." Another girl laughed.
A kind old man watched as Izu walked towards the door. He had seen the lady time to time, and most times it was to help him with his bakery, or help him carry his things home, even though she was injured. He sat there for a moment while he leaned on his cane. "Maybe I'll write to Chiyo and ask for her help." He nodded agreeing with himself.
He wrote the note... sent it... and waited. He was going to help Ms. Izu to return all the favors she had done for him.
Little did he know that he would be allowing the King a chance to see his omega once more.
