"Are we there yet?" I asked Dom for the nth time while we're still walking on a concrete road inside a forest.

"Just a couple of minutes" honestly, I'm already tired now, the weather is so hot today. Plus, we've been walking for like 15minutes already. How far is this puswak thing.

"Why? Are you already tired? Nilalakad mo nga ang Barn mula sa inyo di ka napapagod" he said while pushing away every possible branch that will hit us along the way.

"Well I'm pretty used to it so" I told him honestly. Actually he has a point, but the difference is I have a reason why I always go to the Barn without tiring myself out.

"We're here" I look in front of me and my mouth immediately dropped open. This is such a beautiful place, there are some twigs hanging low from a tall tree above that made the place more magical. The water is so clear to the point that I can already see the rocks below. The place is divided into two, there is still another one on the right side with a tiny falls in the end of it.

"I'll put our things inside" he pointed at a small Nipa Hut on his side so I nodded and approached the river. One thing I noticed, the right side of the river is a bit darker than the other one, kinda white-ish.

"Hey Dom, why's this lake divided into two" since I can't help not to be curious, I drop him a question.

"The right side is where people wash their clothes, while this is where we swim"

"Woah, this is amazing" I really did not expect that, I thought it's some kind of hot spring base on how it looks.

"Come on, change your clothes so we can take a dip" I nodded and went inside the Nipa Hut to grab his gray shirt and a short cotton shorts. There is a restroom beside the Nipa Hut so I entered, closed the door before I took off my clothes.

"Hey help me" I called out Dom to help me get down, there's nothing to step on plus, the place is to high so I can't jump from where I am standing, it's too risky.

"Here" he offered his hands so I grab his wrist as he held my waist and pulled me down, I even shriek a little cause I felt the floor a bit slippery and slimy.

"Careful, maraming lumot dito"

"Lumot?" The word is kinda scary but I actually haven't heard about it before

"Moss Ivy, moss" He held my wrist and pull me towards the river, it looks more pretty the more I approach it. The water is shining because of the sun and the shade of the trees.

"Climb down from here" Dom pointed at a huge rock on the side of the river.

I lowered my left foot and step on the rock, the water is already on my knee level so I think this side is a bit deep, but I do know how to swim so It's not really a big deal. Now I'm standing on the rock in two feet, I take a deep breathe before I jump and dive into the river.

The cold water below welcomes my face as I swim with my arms and legs working with each other to move my body. I rise and brush my hair back to catch some air, I look around to search for Dom but he is nowhere to be found. I was about to shout when suddenly I heard someone shouting like Tarzan.

It's Dom standing on a Tree trunk meters high from the water level. There's a rope tied on it hanging lowly with its end almost touching the water. I look up again and saw him looking down at me.

"Hey be careful!" I shouted at him but he only gave me a okay sign.

"Expert ako dito Ivy!" He sway his hands like he's signaling me to move backwards, so I did. He position himself and step backwards before running and aim for his jump.
