CHAPTER 35

"Okay! We're all here. Let's get STARTED!!" Jisu exclaimed.

They were in Seonghwa's living room, sitting down on the couches. Seonghwa and Yunho on one couch, and Jisu sitting across from them.

"Shes um quite excited isn't she?" Seonghwa whispered to Yunho and he nodded.

"To start, we're all Connersues. I'm a sheep as you guys call it, by the way. You two might be wondering, where you originally came from right?"

Yunho and Seonghwa nodded.

"We come from a planet called Alajuwin. It's really similar to Earth, but we don't really have any, I guess you could say, normal animals. Everyone there is both a human and an animal of some sort. We have different names for our animals on our planet, but I won't get into that since it's pointless."

"How do you know so much about our planet?" Seonghwa asked.

"Connersues study Earth all the time! We know how to speak multiple different languages, name the animals on your planet, and basically just learn about everything."

"Oh wow that's amazing. I'm surprised not many people on Earth know about people like us."

"It's only natural I guess. Moving on, I bet you guys are wondering 'how did i get here?' right?"

Seonghwa and Yunho nodded.

"Well, it's simple! Only joking, it's quite complicated but I'll put it in simple terms. You guys and some other Connersues on this planet were sent from Alajuwin as test subjects. That sounds a little harsh but basically you guys were sent here when you were very young to see how you would adapt to Earth."

"Well, looks like we did well didnt we?" Yunho said.

"Not quite.. You two were lucky but a few other test subjects didn't do too well. A few of them suffered from not being able to adapt too well to the environment."

"Oh.. That's really unfortunate."

Jisu nodded, "Yeah, we felt guilty but there wasn't much we could've done about it. We had to keep going with our investigation. Based on what I've seen so far, you two have been living a normal life, correct?"

Seonghwa and Yunho nodded.

"Well, I'd say that bout sums it up. Do you have any questions?"

Seonghwa spoke up, "So.. about that thing you said earlier.. You came to take us back?"

"Correct. Our investigation is done after years and years of work. We'll be leaving tomorrow in the morning."

"But!" Yunho cried, "Isnt it too soon?? I have people I need to speak to about this!"

"Me too! Why do you think you can just randomly come into our lives and take us away from our homes!? How do we even know if we can trust you???" Seonghwa said.

"Look, i'm sorry and I understand why you're angry but this an order from my boss. I cant do anything about it and I'm truly sorry that I have to take you away from the place you grew up in. So, please understand that you can no longer stay here."

"B-But.." Yunho stuttered.

"No longer stay here!? Why do we have to listen to you?! What's so wrong about staying here for the rest of my life! Do you know how hard it will be for us to adapt a new life ON A WHOLE DIFFERENT PLANET!? What if we die??"

"Seonghwa.. Calm down. But yeah, he's right. It will be really hard for us to live on a new planet. And what if we die? It will be a whole new climate and environment wouldn't it?"

"You will be fine. The environment and climate is similar to Earth, and we've taken extra measures to make sure you arrive safely and live a normal life there."

"Ugh fuck this shit, you're literally ripping us away by force to live wherever this place is when there's not even a good reason to! Just why?? Why can't you people just let us live here? This is where we grew up.."

"I understand how you feel but I can't do anything about it. They're not my orders and I'm sincerely sorry that I have to be the one taking you away from home. Just please, calm down. Look, I'll talk to my boss about this okay? I'll see what I can do. The least he could probably do is force you to stay there for a year and hopefully I can persuade my boss to take you back here on Earth."

"You'll really talk to him about it?" Yunho asked.

"Yes, I'll do my best. I don't think it's fair for us to just take you and force you to live somewhere you don't even wanna live."

Seonghwa sighed, "Thank you.. And I'm sorry. I got so worked up but if there's really nothing I can do, there no point in trying to force my way out of this correct?"

"It's no problem at all. I'll do everything I can. Now, I'll be taking my leave. I have some stuff I have to take care of. You don't have to pack things if you don't want to. We'll provide you with everything you need there. I'll meet you guys here at 5:00AM. It should take us about a week to get there by spaceship."

"Crap I didn't even think of that.. WE'LL BE IN OUTER SPACE. That's so scary I think I'm gonna pass out-" Yunho cried.

"Oh lord, everything is happening too soon." Seonghwa muttered.

"Okay! Thanks for having me over, see you tomorrow."

Yunho rang the doorbell to his home and Mingi shortly opened the door.

"Well, how did it go?" Mingi asked as Yunho walked in and locked the door behind him.

"Bad news.."
