CHAPTER 13

One Month Later

Remember when a dog brutally broke Yunho's leg and wing? Well yeah, tomorrow is the day Yunho finally gets his casts off. If he were being honest, he has no idea how his 'bird casts' turned into 'human casts' once he you know, turns into a human.
Usually if someone's arm gets broken or leg gets broken, it would take months to heal. But for some reason, his recovery was much faster as a bird, so his human arms and legs also healed just as fast.

"YUNHO!"

"AHHHH!" Yunho's lungs busted, "WHAT MINGI!?"

"Oh my god no need to scream!"

"WELL YOU SCREAMED MY NAME SO GO ON, TELL ME WHAT YOU FINNA SAY BEFORE I SMACK YOU THE FUCK UP FOR SCARING THE SHIT OUT OF ME!!"

"You know what- Nevermind. I'll tell the doctor to keep the casts on for another week just to make sure your limbs are okay."

"Wait what?? I'm sorry! Um, forget I ever said those things! Haha. Ha. Ha."

Mingi laughed, "I'm just joking anyways. Tomorrow we have a vet appointment for your casts of course. We can finally take them off."

"Well that's great news. Wait."

"What?"

"I'm naked lol."

"Lord please never say that acronym again." Mingi cringed.

Yunho laughed as he went into Mingi's wardrobe to quickly put on his own pair of boxers since they went out to buy Yunho his own pairs of underwear. Would be disgusting to wear Mingi's boxers. Yunho gaged at the thought of it.
He then grabbed one of Mingi's shirts and slipped it over his head, which took like 5 minutes because he was struggling. And finally he put on a pair of comfortable shorts.

Finally it was the day. Yunho would be free from suffering. It would feel great to be able to move his body around normally, plus, he can fly again! It was 3PM and Mingi took the rest of the day off work to
take the older to the vet.
"Mingi!" The lady at the front desk called, "The vet can see you now."

Mingi thanked her before being taken to a nearby room. He sat in a chair that was in the corner while he held Yunho in his hands.
After a minute, the vet came in and greeted Mingi.

"Hello, Mr. Song, how are you doing today!"

"I'm doing great, how about you."

"I'm doing great too. Now how is the little bird of yours? Has he been doing well? Eating, drinking?"

"Yes, eating and drinking just fine."

The doctor hummed and nodded in response, "Now we all know today is the day we get those casts off! Are you excited??"

Yunho chirped in response.

"Woww very smart bird! Did you teach him how to  respond to things?"

"Nope. Just a truely gifted bird." Mingi genuinely said and smiled.

"Ahh I see. Truely gifted indeed. Well, I'm going to get his weight and do other stuff before we get to the good part!"

Mingi nodded and handed Yunho over to the vet.
After 5 minutes of simple testing, it was finally time to get the casts off. It was actually really simple. He carefully cut them off with x-acto knife and a Yunho was finally free.
Yunho was now able to fly, and stand without feeling uncomfortable. He felt like an entire new bird.

"There we go! All done."

"Thank you Dr. **** ."

"Of course, have a great day."

"You too." Mingi said sweetly before Yunho flew up on top of Mingi's head.
"Yunho! Get off my head!" He laughed.

Yunho refused to and continued to stand on his head. Mingi rolled his eyes before going back to the front lobby to pay.

"I've got to go to the gym today. Wanna come or do you wanna fly outside for awhile. Near the gym of course."

Yunho had no idea how to answer that question, because he obviously couldn't speak.

"Oh right.. You're a bird. Well, i'll just wait to see the answer."

Mingi had arrived at the gym and opened his door. Yunho immediately flew out which startled Mingi.

"Well, that's my answer." Mingi said to himself as he watched Yunho perch up onto a tree.

He entered the gym and signed in before doing his things.

Yunho was having fun, which he never thought he would ever say. He never loved flying as much as today. He usually hated to go outside and do shit, because he had so many things to worry about. But now that he has Mingi, his life is now at ease.
Yunho honestly hit the jackpot. Mingi was kind, hot, and most importantly, rich.
Of course Yunho wasn't in for the money, but it was always a bonus you know? He does love Mingi for his personality. Theres nobody in the world like him.
He was perfect! What's there not to like about him? His smile and laugh are very cute of course. But then there are times where he's so intimidating and hot, that it makes Yunho nervous.
The bird snapped out of his thoughts, realizing what he was currently thinking about. He internally slapped himself for being so gay towards the younger.

Man what's going on with me lately. What are these feelings towards Mingi?
