Part 8 Kira x reader

"[Y/N] I swear if you don't leave me alone I will throw you off this ship," The marine surgeon said to you in an irritated tone, "come on, loosen up!" You laughed as you placed down your hands on the back of the chair where Kira was sitting on, "we already hung out yesterday, isn't that enough? I'm busy can't you see?" He snapped at you, "yeah, but don't you wanna do it again?" You asked him as he turned to look at you with an unimpressed face.

The two of you had been having a rather interesting day together, first, the two of you had spotted seals on the beach, you tried to chase after them but Kira had stopped you, he didn't want you to go drown yourself in the ocean, yes he thought you were that much of a fool that you would drown on accident.

Then up next you two ended up collecting shells, which the marine surgeon seemed to be interested in, you collected as many as you could, laughing as you held out the giant pile of shells in your arms to Kira, who only shook his head in return but you swore you could see a smile on his face.

Oh and then the two of you finally managed to board a ship, one of Kira's favorite models too, Kira had just in time stopped you from falling off as you leaned on the ship's rails, "Kira, I'm flying!" You laughed as Kira scoffed at your titanic quote, "I swear I will drop you in the ocean."

And when the two of you got hungry Kira had bought food for the two of you, you ate while you watched Kira trying to run after a seagull that had stolen his fries, you almost choked on your food as you tried to keep yourself from laughing, you did hear Kira say that 'if he would have gotten green food this wouldn't have happened.'

Then the two of you met up with Josefumi who nervously chatted to you about the current things going on with him, as the two of you were catching up Kira had suddenly excused himself as he dragged you along with him leaving the poor Kujo behind, you could see jealousy in Kira's eyes, you laughed as he mocked you after you asked him about it.

"No." Kira stated as he turned his attention back to his work, "please? Josefumi and Karera will be there!" You pleaded as you watched him work, "why would I go hang out with them?" He scoffed before he turned around to face you, "when I can hang out with you here." He said, trying to hide his smile and keep the 'cool guy' act up.

"Wait, so you want to hang out with me but not with them?" You questioned as you saw the man in the white uniform tense up, "so, you enjoy my presence huh?" You asked in a cheeky voice as you leaned towards Kira, who in return shooed you away, "shut it, you're the only one that I can even stand to be around in this dammed town!" He said in a cool tone, you poked his cheek, "oh, so do you like me?" You could see him trying to hide his expression before he turned away.

"Ah, that's so adorable! I like you too Kira" You said happily, you didn't see it but Kira was smiling as he began to work again, yeah, whatever, maybe he did enjoy your presence.
