"junkyu-ah!" junkyu rolled his eyes as soon as he heard a high pitched voice coming close to him from behind.
he sighed when y/n came with a joyful expression on her face and sat next to him. her smile dropped a little when he scooted away from her to keep his distance.
"what do you want?" he asked with his voice hinting annoyance towards the girl.
"you," she cheesily winked at him.
she frowned when he suddenly stood up and started packing his things that were on the table. "where are you going?"
he snickered, "somewhere away from you," he nonchalantly answered before turning around his back and walked away from y/n.
her expression became gloomy and she sighed as she watch him sit down in another vacant table away from her.
"why do you like him so much?" she was startled when a familiar male voice spoke. she turned around and saw hyunsuk sitting across her and she quickly gave him a smile.
he worriedly looked at her and then glanced at junkyu who was peacefully studying. he crossed his arms on his chest, "when will you stop liking junkyu? there's so many people in the world who's better than junkyu,"
she chuckled and raised her eyebrow at him, "like who?"
"i don't know? me?" he said without thinking and shrugged. she gave him a puzzled look which made him flustered and his ears started to become red.
"no it's not what you're thinking! just- you know what i mean. you've been liking him for like four years now? and he still pushes you away everytime,"
y/n fell silent with what hyunsuk said. he was not wrong, junkyu made it very clear that he doesn't like her and avoids her everytime but she still continues to stick around with him in hopes of making him like her back.
"there's still hope you know," she smiled. he rolled his eyes and groaned, "why do you really like junkyu?"
she folded her arms on the table and rested her chin on top and began to think. why does she like him so much?
with talents and good looks given, he has a personality that made her fall for him more. she has a handful of suitors and guys that like her that were also kind and wise but she can't stop liking junkyu.
their table became silent as y/n continue to think of an answer and hyunsuk looking at her with much anticipation in his eyes.
finally, she sat up straight with a grin on her face. "it's because he's kim junkyu,"
