doyoung leaned on the wall that was next to the library with a small smile forming on his lips. he was waiting for y/n, one of his friends, whom he just texted to come out the library because he has something to tell her.
his smile widen when he saw the library door open, revealing a confused y/n. "doyoung? what's the matter?" she approached him.
he scratched his head, getting a little embarrassed now that she was in front of him.
"say, do you have spare time right now?" she nodded. "i just finished studying, why?" doyoung's face instantly brighten as he continue, "um, can we hang out? just the two of us," he shyly asked as y/n raised a brow at him, it was a rare sight to hear doyoung to invite friends in a get together. he's usually the one who just agrees to come whenever he was invited to a hang out.
she smiled, "sure, why not?"
his said with his eyes almost sparkling with joy, "really? thank you! i'll wait for you here to get your stuff," she gave him a small nod and went back inside the library to quickly get her bag to not make him wait longer.
she packed up her things that was on the table and put it back on her backpack. she slung the straps of her bag on her shoulders, "i wonder what's gotten into him," she mumbled before shaking her head to shake the thought away and went her way to outside of the library.
she tapped doyoung's shoulder and he faced her with a kind expression, "oh, you're done?" he asked gently. "yeah. where are we going anyway?" she curiously asked him.
"it's a secret," he snickered.

taking doyoung's lead, the two of them rode a bus for 20 minutes to a newly open mall that was surprisingly crowded with families and couples, both adults and students in uniforms alike. the both of them stood in the entrance that was filled with food stalls and other stalls of accessories and clothes and other things.
