"Okay, everyone come here. We have something important to talk about." I holler, catching everyone's attention. All six friends obey my command and gather around me. I motion for Kolby to stand beside me.
"Kolby was bit by a spider earlier today when we were in the forest. This spider's venom contained magic. Kolby immediately started have a flash back of memories...Real memories. He managed to recall where our home is." I announce. Everyone sighed with joy and excitement.
"Where is it, Kolb?!" Taylor beamed.
"Alaska." He replied. All of the smiles faded.
"We don't know where Alaska is, though." Noah argued.
"That is exactly why we are discussing this. We are going to collect as many of these spiders as possible, so when we need to remember our past, we can just place one of these blood-suckers on our skin!" I explain. Everyone looks at me like I've gone totally insane. I wouldn't blame them. I am encouraging everyone to find critters and put them on our skin so they can suck our blood and poison us with strange venom. I just smirk.
"If you don't want to die on a stranded island from starvation, then I suggest you enter the woods." Everyone stares at me with wide eyes. "Like, right now." I point to the forest. They all walk slowly in the same direction as my finger, their eyes still locked on mine. Kolby walks by me last.
"Nicely done."
