It Was Definetly Possible

"Cheers, to some great friends!" exclaimed Emily.
We all held our fruit in a big jumble, since we didn't have any drinks. We "clinked" them together, then drew them back to our watering mouths and sunk our teeth into them. They were the best fruit I've ever tasted (then again I can't remember anything past three weeks ago).
"I am so glad to have you guys as my friends. I know we are a long ways from making it home, but we have come so far as a team and I couldn't ask for better people to go on an epic journey with. I love you guys." I admit, secretly (almost) crying at the fact that not all of us are going to make it home.
"Awe! I love you guys too!" Taylor cheered.
We all exchange our "love" for each other, knowing that this journey will not end the way we hope.

...........Later...........

After about two hours of being on the island, we figured out that Liam's power is Water Bending (the same thing as Tamara only with water and not land), and Taylor can turn invisible. Noah is the only person who hasn't discovered his power. That must feel pretty shitty, knowing all of your friends have epic super powers and you are here like a completely ordinary person that doesn't belong. As we all played with our powers, attempting tricks and stunts, Noah sat on a big, flat rock and cheered us on, encouragement and delight filling the atmosphere. I almost didn't want to leave this island. I almost didn't want to continue on with our journey. I wanted to stay here, on this island, with my friends, and live a great life. I knew we could survive. Earth Benders can grow plants, so there would be food. And Water Benders can provide fresh, clean water. It was possible. Tamara could whip up a nice big island with fruits and vegetables, Liam could get the water, and we could all work together to make tools, furniture, and many other things with the items on our island. It was definitely possible.
The only thing that could break my day dream was a deep, menacing growl coming from behind me. I whip my head around, my messy honey blonde hair momentarily strangling my neck. I look up to a mutant wolf with bright yellow eyes starring down at my tiny blue eyes, it's sharp teeth dripping beads of drool to the ground in front if me. At first there was one mutant wolf, then two, then five, their gigantic teeth flashing in the sunlight. They stood there for a couple of seconds just starring at us before they began to charge.
