That last chapter was basically to show how Jimin is willing to ignore/barely talk to Jungkook just so Junghyun won't get mad at him.

2 weeks pass and Jimin doesn't say a single word to Jungkook. Everytime Jungkook said something to him, he could feel Junghyun's eyes on him, so he just ignored him.

It's not like Jungkook is offended by it. He's used to Jimin distancing himself every time Junghyun has one of his fits. It happens at least 5 times a year.

Junghyun invites Jimin over to play video games a few times, but Jimin declines. He doesn't want to see Jungkook any more than he has to.

Junghyun is playing video games alone when Jungkook walks in. "I thought you were gonna invite Jimin over."

"He said no again. I think we're growing apart. He never wants to hang out."

"Because you're an asshole to him. You always tell him what to do. He could say hi to me and you'd ignore him for the rest of the day."

"Because he's in love with you or something."

Jungkook chuckles. "Grow up. You know Jimin wouldn't go behind your back and try to do something with me. At least let him talk to me."

Junghyun pauses his game. "No."

"Why the hell not?"

"Because if you guys are talking, you completely ignore me. I'm not trying to third wheel."

Jungkook closes his eyes and sighs. "You're an abusive friend. Jimin deserves better."

Junghyun glares at him. "I'm not an abusive friend. It's just awkward as hell for me to see my best friend flirting with my brother."

"He's never flirted with me. And yes, you are an abusive friend. I haven't seen Jimin smile at all the past few days and I can guarantee it's because he's upset that you're mad at him for going to the hospital with me."

"That's bullshit. He's just upset that school started."

"Did he tell you that?"

"No."

"Then how do you know?"

Junghyun doesn't respond.

Jungkook chuckles. "That's what I thought." He walks out and closes the door.
