Jimin tilts his head. "What for?"
"Being toxic. I didn't realize how controlling I was. I'm fine with you talking to Jungkook from now on. I'm still not really okay with the idea of you flirting with him, but talking is okay."
Jimin grins. "Okay. He offered to help me study for my tests that are coming up. Are you okay with that?"
"Of course."
"Good. I don't want to make you uncomfortable."
Junghyun fiddles with his hands. "Jungkook yelled at me about how I was treating you. He said I should be happy that you're happy. I know talking to Jungkook makes your mood better, do I'll try to get used to it."
"Thanks."
"Just... don't leave me out. I don't like feeling like a third wheel."
Jimin giggles. "Deal."
They shake on it and laugh.
Jungkook pulls up in his Jeep. "Do you guys want to get ice cream on the way home?"
The answer is a unanimous yes. They drive to Bruster's and get ice cream cones before going to Junghyun and Jungkook's house.
Jungkook and Jimin sit down at the kitchen table and study for Jimin's geometry test. "I don't understand."
"It's simple when you get the hang of it." He reaches over and points with his pen. "That number goes into the equation here and the other one goes here. If you use cosine, you can find the missing variable."
"Which is which?"
"You would write cosine of 41 equals 12 over x."
Jimin attempts the problem and gets it right. "Is this right?"
"Yeah. Good job. What else do you have questions about?"
"That's all."
"I bet you'll get an A on this test. You have every topic down."
Jimin giggles. "I doubt it. Maybe I'll get a low B or high C."
"Don't say that. You'll be fine."
