Camila/You: First Date/First Kiss

Camila and I walked to our table hand in hand. When we got there I pulled the chair out for her and pushed it back in when she sat in it. "Such a gentlewomen!" she said causing me to laugh. "Anything for a beautiful woman like yourself." I said smiling genuinely at her before sitting down. The waiter came and took our order, then quickly left. Camila folded her hands together and rested her chin on them. "So tell me about yourself y/n." she said looking at me intently, while smiling. Her smile was beautiful. I smiled back at her. "I'm y/fullname, I'm 18, and I live here in LA. Just moved here actually. What about you?" I said tilting my head curiously. "I'm Camila Cabello, I'm 18 and I live here and Miami but I spend most of my time here. Where'd you move from?" She asked. "I moved here from Texas." "Two of my best friends are from Texas!" she said excitedly. I chuckled at her excitement. "Me too!" I Joked. The waiter then came back with our food. I watched Camila and just smiled. I looked down at my plate because I started to get kind of insecure. I felt myself really starting to like her already but I knew that she wouldn't like someone like me. I kept staring at my plate until I felt Camila put her hand on mine and I snapped out of it. I got butterflies in my stomach. "You alright?" she asked concerned and I nodded giving her a small smile. "You know, y/n. I believe everything happens for a reason. I might not have met you if I hadn't been stood up and as crazy as this may sound, I'm glad i was." she said causing me to giggle. " I'm glad you were stood up too. Well... I- Well- I mean I'm glad I met you too." I stuttered, and then looked down embarrassed. I heard her giggle and I felt my cheeks heat up. "You're so cute." she said. I looked up at her and smiled. Soon, we started talking about life and music and just about everything under the sun. I laughed more than I had in a whole year, just that one night. She was so funny and i couldn't help but laugh at all her jokes. We made funny faces at each other and got stares from the other customers but we didn't care. A while later,the waiter came back with the check. I quickly grabbed it since I saw Camila reaching for it. "Too slow." I said, winking at her. "Y/N I can pay." she said. "Nope. Not on my watch." I said handing the card to the waiter. He came back quickly and I got up leaving a generous tip. Camila got up also and we started walking out the door. Camila grabbed my hand and interlaced our fingers and my stomach did a backflip and my heart started breakdancing. I looked at her to see her looking straight ahead and smiling. I smiled too and looked away. We walked out the door hand in hand, both of us smiling like idiots. As soon as we stepped outside, a cool breeze came by and Camila shivered. I put my arm over her shoulder, crossing her own arm across her chest, and pulled her closer to me. She snuggled into my side and I walked her to her car after she pointed it out to me. When we got there, I took my arm off her shoulder but kept our hands intertwined. I turned to her so we were face to face. "I had a great time tonight." she said smiling at me. "Me too. You're an amazing person, Camila." I said genuinely. "You too, y/n." she said. We just stood there in a comfortable silence. Her eyes wandered down to my lips and I bit my bottom lip. She licked her lips unconsciously. She started leaning in and I stood there shocked. I quickly snapped out of it and leaned in also. We connected our lips in a short but sweet kiss. Just in that quick second i felt like my stomach exploded with butterflies and i felt a warmth take over my body. My eyes fluttered open and I took in her beauty until I was met with her beautiful brown eyes. She smiled at me and I smiled back. "I don't normally kiss on the first date, so consider yourself lucky y/n." she said with a little giggle and I smiled wider than I was already, if that was even possible. "I considered myself lucky as soon as you agreed to dinner with me." I said truthfully. "I considered myself lucky as soon as you saved me from that creepy man at the bar." she said scrunching her nose up. I giggled. "You're cute." I said. She looked down and blushed. "Thank you." she said smiling at the ground. She looked back up at me and just smiled. "Well...I guess I have to be going, now." I said. I wanted to hurry and leave before I messed up the evening. She looked disappointed. "Oh, yeah! Of course." she said. We exchanged numbers. "Text me,okay? I can't bare being stood up again." she joked. "I would never stand up someone as beautiful as you." I said winking. She blushed. "I'll text you later." I said. "I'll text back." she replied. I kissed her check softly and began walking back to my car. I looked back several times to see Camila just watching me walk away and I couldn't help but smile wider every time. I got in my car and pulled out my phone again.
Camila: "I kind of miss you already. What did you do to me? ;)" I smiled at my phone and sighed. I could feel myself already falling for her.
