Steve and Bucky were split up again and then it leads into the third and final movie of the Captain America trilogy. 'Captain America: Civil War'. This movie is probably one of the most fruitful for evidence. Next to the first movie in the trilogy. In the beginning of this movie, Steve was fighting Rumlow ( a HYDRA agent ) when Rumlow had mentioned Bucky. It led to the lines: "Your pal, your buddy, your Bucky." Rumlow knew that Bucky was Steve's weak spot and used it to distract him, even emphasizing 'your Bucky' knowing that it would hit much harder. And Steve later tells Wanda ( Scarlet Witch ) that it made him feel like he was 16-years-old again in Brooklyn with Bucky, as he had already said before.
