Also, logically speaking, Sharon ( who Steve kissed in 'Captain America: Civil War' would have been his niece since he had went back to be with Peggy ( which they didn't have a proper relationship anyway and she only showed interest in him post-serum where he was big and buff and tall and all that jazz. Like every other woman would like a man nowadays ). So, yeah, incest is a big no and it was just a dumb decision on Steve's part to go back ( and the directors for not thinking of that before sending Steve back ). Especially when he could have had a proper life with Bucky.
