Third Person's POV

When it rains, look for rainbows... and when it's dark, look for stars.

But in Arjun Rajvansh's world, there were no rainbows, only thunder. No stars, only shadows.

Yet, she—that girl—appeared like a fleeting spark in his dark world. And without realizing it, she'd stirred something in him. Something unfamiliar. Something unwelcome.

He stood rooted to the spot where she'd left him, her presence still echoing in the air around him.

Left him...

Even thinking those words twisted something inside him. He didn't like how they sounded. Restlessness pulsed beneath his skin, clawing at the surface.

"Sir..." Ron's voice broke through the haze as he approached cautiously, ever aware of the storm that brewed behind his boss's silence.

"Sir... shall we leave? You have a meeting to attend..."

Arjun blinked once, as if anchoring himself back to reality. "Ahh... hmm... Yes. Let's go." His expression turned unreadable again as he slid into the car, locking away whatever vulnerability had crept in.

At RAJVANSH GROUPS, Arjun walked in with his usual air of lethal grace. His aura was magnetic and unforgiving. His stride, absolute. Every employee in the lobby greeted him with hushed reverence.

He didn't spare a glance.

He didn't need to.

He was power incarnate, and his silence was its own language.

As he reached his floor, Sarah stood promptly and moved to his side.

"Sir, Mr. Parker, Mr. William, and Mr. Mehra are in Conference Room 2 with their teams. They've been waiting for 10 minutes. Shall I announce your arrival?"

Arjun gave her a cold, razor-sharp smirk. "Are they? Well then, Miss Sarah... what are we waiting for? Let's go."

He entered the conference room like a monarch claiming his throne. Every man stood on cue. The atmosphere shifted—charged by the sheer force of his presence.

"Mr. Rajvansh..." they all greeted, almost in unison.

"Gentlemen," he replied in a tone that carried enough weight to silence a room.

Sarah took her place beside him. "Good afternoon. Sir is here now. Let's begin the meeting."

At his nod, the presentations began.

He sat back in his chair—his chair—watching with quiet calculation. His expression was unreadable, but the air around him pulsed with intensity.

Two hours passed.

And then came the verdict.

Mr. Parker handed the project to Mehra Constructions.

The rationale? Experience. Safety.

Apparently, RAJVANSH GROUPS—a name that commanded empires—was "new" to construction.

His team tried to negotiate. It was futile.

Arjun didn't speak.

He didn't flinch.

He simply watched.

The silence was deafening.

When the others began to file out, Mr. Mehra, ever the vulture, hovered near him, oozing false warmth.
