2000 Light Years Away

[Thomas' POV :]

We arrived at Manila, good thing our flight is in the evening. So there's not much people in the airport.

Me and my brother arrived at our house, guess who's waiting for us early in the morning.

Our little sister who's 5 years old. Her name is Katarina, Kat for short.

"KUYAAA!!!" She shouted, rushing towards us and hugging us, tightly.
(Older brother = Kuya)

"Why are you still awake?" I asked her sitting on my forearm.

"I missed you two, I can't sleep you know." She said.

"Do you have anything for me?" She asked me.

"Yes, in fact alot." I said to her.

"Chocolates and stories." I said to her pinching her cheeks.

"Kuya, I heard you have a girlfriend!" She said cheerfully.

"Who said that to you?" I asked her.

"I just found it in the internet." She said.

Face palming myself.

"When will I meet her?" She asked me.

"You will soon." I said to her.

I carried her to her bed.

"Sleeo na, it's already morning oh!" I said to her, patting her head.

"Will your gf like me?" She asked me.

"Yes, I'm sure she will." I said to her.

"Goodnight!" I said to her.

I closed the lights in her room and left.

I head to my room, to tired to unpacked my stuffs, I immediately went to sleep. Forgetting to chat Sana.

*Time skip (To the morning) *

"Kuya, kuya! Gising na daw sabi ni Mama!!" My sister said while shaking me vigorously.

(Kuya, Kuya, Mom said to wake up now!)

"Okay, I'll stand up na." I said to her. I stood up, still sleepy.

I grabbed my phone and it was 9 in the morning, and I have 20 new messages and 5 missed calls.

"Oh shoot I forgot to chat her." I thought to her, face palming myself.

I opened the messages, no doubt Sana was angry.

I immediately called her, good she picked up asap.

Her tone wasn't cheerful.

TS: Uhm hello Sana, good morning.

SN: Whyy didn't you called it texted  me??

TS: I'm really sorry Sana, I was very tired from the jet lag. Also I had to put Kat to sleep.

SN: Ohh I'm sorry if I'm angry at you.

TS: It's fine I'm sorry for making you worried.

SN: Talk to you later Jagi, we have a schedule right now.

TS: I'm sorry, to disturb you.

SN: Bye, I love you, Thomas-oppa.

TS: I love you too, Sana-yah. Goodluck and stay safe.

SN: (Giggles.)

She hanged up.

"Is that you're gf you just talked to?" Kat asked me, almost making me jumped.

"Yes." I answered.

"Can I see her picture?" She asked me.

"Sure, but after you help me unpacked my stuff okay?" I said to her.

We we down. You see Katarina is our adopted sister. My parents decided we  should adopt one child from the adoption house.

And we were down on it, Me and Athan promised we will take care of her.

3 years passed since we promised that.

We are currently eating breakfast. My Mom kept asking what Sana looks like.

"Don't worry Ma, I'll introduce you to her, also Athan too will introduce someone too."I said to our Mom.

I finished eating, My mom insisted she will wash the dishes, she said I should fixed my stuff.

I opened my luggages, which Sana is the one whi fixed it.

Kat and I started to fix my stuff.

*Time skip*

We finished fixing my stuff." Okay we're done, now. Where's her picture?" She asked me.

I smiled at her.

I showed her the picture of Sana, which my my wallpaper.

"KUYAAA!!! ANG GANDA NIYYAAA!!" She shouted.

(Brother! She's so beautiful!)

"I know right?" I said to her.

"You're probably joking." She said.

"Fine, I'll call her okay?" I asked her.

She nodded.

I texted Sana if we could do a video call.

She texted okay.

She quickly called me.

I opened my camera. She was so beautiful.

"Hi Sana, did you ate already?" J I asked her.

She nodded.

I called Katarina.

"Sana, my sister doesn't believe your my gf." I said to Sana.

Katarina shows up on the camera. She couldn't believe I'm dating Sana.

"You're so beautiful!!!!" Kat said to Sana.

"Aww thank you. Looks like yiur brother taught you well." Sana said jokingly.

They talked for a while. While I fix my room.

"She wants to talk to you." Kat said giving me my phone back. Kat left my room as soon as she gave my phone back.

"Looks like you like my sister." I said to Sana.

"Yes, she's so energetic." She said.

"She's just like you Jagi!" She added.

"Yeah." I said to her

"I want to have a child like her." She said.

"Uhm, you do know I'm still studying med right?" I asked her shyly.

"Yeah! I'll wait for you!" She said cheerfully.

"Guess she wants a family." I thought to myself.

We said our goodbyes and hanged up.
