"Wait" I gasped "I think I hear someone coming. We were in the middle of the street after all. Kuroo dropped his hands from my face and pulled me into a dimly lit alleyway in between houses. "Is this good enough?" Kuroo lightly growled in my ear "I've been waiting so long..." "Me too Kuroo." After I said that Kuroo grabbed my face with his hands and I could feel his lips crush against mine. This has to be a dream, his lips were so soft but urgent, I could feel his desire taking over my whole body. After 30 seconds of our lips enterlocked we stopped to catch our breath. I opened my eyes and looked at Kuroo, he had the biggest smile that I've ever seen on his face.
Even in this dark alleyway I could see his face beaming at mine. Kuroo took his hand and tucked my bangs behind my ear and kissed me on the forehead and said "It's about time to go home don't you think?" "Yeah it's getting pretty late..." I murmured, I couldn't mask the fact that was disappointed and obviously flustered with what just happened."Kenma don't worry it won't be there last time we do this, Kenma will... you go out with me." He brushed his thumb against my hand and set his head onto mine. "Of course I will." I whispered. "Good, let's go home." Kuroo grabbed my hand and led me out the alley.
The whole walk home our hands were intertwined and we just looked up at the stars. Once we were about to turn onto our street we let go of our hands and Kuroo gave me a quick peck. "See you tomorrow my Kenma." he turned the corner down our street and he jogged to his house. I turned the corner after he went in and walked down the familiar street to my house and walked in. I slipped off my shoes and went down the hallway into the kitchen. I set down my bag and a note was on the counter top, it read, "Sorry Kenma your father and I left on another business trip, well be back in a couple of weeks. We will make sure to send money." I sighed of course they wouldn't be here they were always gone for work. Last year I think I saw them a total of five times.
Come to think of it Kuroos family was more like my family than my own parents were. My stomach growled, I snapped out of my thoughts and heated up some ramen and left the kitchen to go up to my room. I opened the door making sure not to burn my hand from how hot the bowl was and plopped down on my bed. "Wow what a night" I exasperated, it hardly felt real. My first love actually likes me back. How impossible it had seemed all my life, it was actually happening. I finished eating my ramen and grabbed my DS I stayed up until 1 am on it until I finally rolled over and went to sleep wondering what the next day was going to bring.
