Chapter 18- Sun Set

   It was dusk in the middle of our journey home. We strode hand in hand along the long and winding sidewalk. Kuroo and I mainly focus on the sky, watching the sky turn from burnt orange to a deep crimson. The sun was about to fully be out of the sky and transition into night. We passed by a neat park with isolated benches dotted around it. It was dimly lit by tall illuminating street lamps. Kuroo tugged my hand directing me into the park toward a bench. He sat down and I slid in snuggling against him. I could feel his hands brushing threw the hair on my head while we both watched the sky. We relaxed there in silence taking in the moment together. The only sound was our breath until Kuroo's voice broke the silence.

   "So I'm graduating this year." I inhaled the cold air around us, it was sharp against my throat. "Yeah" I sighed. I was curious about what brought this on, but I quickly found my answer. "I'll miss you, you'll wait for me right?" I couldn't help but giggle at this, Kuroo rose an eyebrow at me. "Of course I will, and after I graduate I'm coming to live with you obviously." Kuroo gleamed down at me and swopped down to plant a soft kiss on my lips. We both sighed and looked back up at the sky, it was now dotted with stars. Kuroo interrupted the silent atmosphere again, "Did you have fun today?" "Yeah I did, Hina and Kag's huh?" He silently chuckled, "Yep, Hinata and Kageyama." We sighed in union together again, I couldn't help but think I didn't want this day to ever end. I wish we could just sit here forever. Unfortunately, we can't though. I whispered to Kuroo, " It's getting late, we should get back." Kuroo seemed to realize this, he pulled out his phone to check the time.

   The screen illuminated brightly in the darkness and the time flash on the screen, it was 9:30. "Yeah we should." Kuroo quickly stood up and I followed his movements. Kuroo and I slowly shuffled out of the park still clasping the hands of each other not daring to let go. On the walk back we each scrolled on our phones. Kuroo just scrolled through various social media's and I played video games that only involved using one hand. I chose video games that only required one hand because my left hand was preoccupied with holding Kuroo's right hand. I'm just glad it was the left hand he was holding or I would have an even harder time playing a game. We continued this way until we reached that familiar corner to turn onto our street. We let go of our hands and shortly kissed each other then proceeded to veer around the corner onto our street.

   Our street was always brightly lit at night so we both knew that was our last kiss of the night. Kuroo and I said our goodbyes to each other and I watched him unlock and disappear behind his front gate. After watching him go in I went into my house too. I wasn't feeling very tired, just bored. I eyed the clock on the wall inside my house and it showed that it was 10:07. It's not even close to the time I usually go to sleep so I decided I was just going to change into something more comfortable and stay up all night on the Ps4. I walked up the stairs opened the door to my room and went to my dresser to get pajamas. I quickly got changed and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I scrubbed them quickly and just combed threw my hair and put it up in a bun, I thought to myself that I should bleach my hair again soon. After that, I checked my phone to see if I got a text or call for Kuroo. I didn't so I just put it on the charger and left it on the nightstand. I walked over to my TV and Ps4 and turned both of them on. I sat in my swivel chair and put my headset on. It was going to be a while before I went to sleep.

ahhhh I tried writing in a different style, just more details since I felt like the past couple chapters were a little dull. I tried to give more descriptive so you could visualize the scenes better.
