It was around midnight when Leah had snuck into Raphael's bed while he was asleep. Once she had gotten herself situated and comfortable in his bed, she stared at his peaceful face before she leaned over and lightly pecked his lips.
"Hmm.." Raphael hummed softly before he opened his eyes, looking around before his eyes had settled on her.
"Sorry." She said sheepishly. "I needed that."
"It's okay." He replied, his voice heavy with sleep.
"It's just.." She frowned and let out a soft sigh. "I can't sleep without you. I'm scared." She admitted, looking at him with fearful eyes.
Raphael wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer towards his body. "It's okay." He replied and gently kissed the top of her head. "Just try to get some sleep, my love. We'll deal with this together." He said and rubbed her back soothingly.
She placed her chin on his chest as she peered up at him. "I love you." She whispered.
"I love you too." He said, staring at her as she stroked his cheek lightly.
They stayed in that position for a while until Leah slowly found herself drifting off to sleep. Raphael made sure that she was warm and covered as he held her in his arms and kissed the top of her head lightly.
"Sweet dreams, baby girl." He whispered before he, too, drifted off to sleep.
"I can help you." Lucifer said to Derek but the warlock continued to ignore him as he listened to his son.
"This is what I've researched." TJ announced as he opened up a book. "It's an old spell but won't kill him, unfortunately." He said throwing a glance over to Lucifer who rolled his eyes.
"But he's clearly powerful enough to make himself appear before Breana." The young warlock continued. "You, Leah and I are strong enough to perform the spell which can take away his magic. We can put it into the configuration trap that you've created."
"Perfect." Derek said with a firm nod.
"Wait!" The Dark Lord called out which made both warlocks look at him with arched brows. "I'll give you a piece of information that is vital to you." This made both father and son fold their arms across their chests as Lucifer shifted his gaze onto Derek.
"One of the twins is yours." He said. "You're the biological father to one of them."
TJ frowned slightly and glanced at his father who had formed his fists.
"I'm still a father to the other either way." Derek replied.
Lucifer rolled his eyes, making a sound of disgust. "You're so dramatic." He said.
The older warlock glared at him coldly but a part of him wondered if what Lucifer had revealed could be true. Could one of the twins really not be his?
