Present (KTH POV)

"You! You just go and jump and die somewhere" Taehyung said as he turned to walk away. "NO, YOU GO AND DIE!" Jungkook yelled at him and drove back home, leaving him alone in the park without any means to go back home.

It hurt. He knew Jungkook didn't mean any of them, but that didn't mean it hurt less. It hurt like a bitch every single time. They had liked each other for almost nine years and have been together for almost seven years. He would have thought Jungkook trusted him.

But no.

The second he had a bit of alcohol in him, he became convinced that Taehyung was cheating on him with every other guy around him. And even though he was used to this, it still hurt.

He knew all of this came from the insecurity that Jungkook had. He knew that Jungkook felt insecure and thought that he wasn't enough for Taehyung. But that didn't mean he could just go and hurt him every single time he had some drink in him.

Taehyung had done everything he could to get rid of this insecurity in Jungkook. Jungkook never brought his insecurities up when he was sober, but alcohol brought everything back every single time.

He sat on one of the benches and bent forward, resting his elbows on his knees and burying his face in his hands. He knew that Jungkook would come back for him when he sobered up a little.

He suddenly felt a hand on his back, rubbing slow circles on his spine. He looked up to face the person he never expected to see in Seoul. After Seokjin broke up with Dae Shin, he broke all contacts with Taehyung and Jungkook as well. He never replied even when Taehyung tried to reach out to him.

"Shinie hyung?!" Taehyung exclaimed out of surprise, momentarily forgetting his pain.

"Hello, Tae" Dae Shin said, offering him a small, tight smile.

"H-How come? I-I thought you were in Busan!" Taehyung exclaimed, happy to see him after so long.

"I was. I came to Seoul because I had some business here. I saw what happened" he said sadly.

"Ohh" Taehyung said and stared into Dae Shin's eyes, his lips involuntarily trying to pull down. He finally gave up and burst out, telling Dae Shin how badly it hurt every single time Jungkook behaved like Taehyung cheated on him with everyone else.

Dae Shin sighed after listening to the whole story. "I know how that feels" he finally said.

"What?" Taehyung lifted his head, his voice coming out in a whisper.

"I never did any of the things that Jin accused me of. The bartender liked me and decided to take revenge on me when I rejected him. But Jin was just determined to believe him and blame me" Dae Shin sighed again.

"Oh my god, hyung" Taehyung said, staring at Dae Shin with wide eyes.

"You have to teach them a lesson, Tae. At least, let Kookie know that he can't just play with you however he wants" Dae Shin said.

"But how, hyung?" Taehyung asked. He sincerely wanted to teach Jungkook a lesson. He just didn't know how.

"He yelled at you to go and die, right? Do just that. Write a letter that you will do just that and disappear from his life for a week. You can live with me for that week. You can go back after a week. It will teach him the right lesson" Dae Shin said.

"Ohh. But then, he'll call the cops obviously. It will become a big issue" Taehyung said worriedly.

"Then stay away for a day. He can't file a complaint within 48 hours of a person's disappearance" Dae Shin said.

"But if I write a letter, it is possible, right? Also, Jin hyung's husband is the head of the police department. He'll make it possible" Taehyung said.

"Okay, then. Do one thing. Come with me for now. You have no way of going back home, anyways. You can go back late in the morning. It will give him enough time to panic, but not enough time to report or do any of that shit. It will teach him a strong lesson" Dae Shin said.

Taehyung looked uncertain about the whole idea. He knew that Jungkook would probably get very mad when he went back, but he really wanted to teach him a lesson and he was ready to face Jungkook's wrath later if that meant he would get to teach him a lesson.

He sighed and agreed.

"Good. Wait here. I'll go and buy a book and a pen from somewhere" Dae Shin said, getting up from the bench.

Taehyung bent forward and buried his face into his hands once again, missing the wide, evil smirk on Dae Shin's face as he left.

He came back after ten minutes, with a book and a pen.

Taehyung took the book and thought for a minute.

'Fuck it. You really need to know that this shit hurts' he thought and tore a page out of the book. He took a deep breath before writing what was in his mind.

Right .
I will die.
Don't look for me.
Goodbye.
-Taehyung

He took another deep breath and looked up at Dae Shin. "Done" he said. "Here" Dae Shin said, holding out a small piece of tape. "Thanks" Taehyung said and used it to stick the note to the bench.

"I really hope you learn a lesson, Kookie. This shit really hurts a lot every single time you do it" he murmured, staring at the letter for a couple of minutes before leaving Seoul along with Dae Shin.

But what he did not know was that Seo Dae Shin had literally been stalking him for the past six months and had used this as an opportunity to finally get what he had been wanting for the past six months.
