My last therapy session went a little different than what I expected. All those emotions flowing through me all at once, I can say thats the first time in a long time I really felt everything like that. It felt good being able to let it all out because I have a problem with doing that.

It seems like with doctor Jordan I feel much more comfortable with letting my emotions flow through me.

On my way home I stopped at checkers to get Kendall and I some food then I was on my way.

I got back home and everyone was in the living room.

"Hey" I spoke. They all looked at me and smiled "ti!" My mother said

"How was therapy?" My father asked "it was good I was able to get a lot out today" I told them

"Aw that's good I'm so happy for you, I really like doctor Jordan" my mother said "yeah me too she's very free spirited and I love how she expresses herself" I told them

"Well that's good you need something like that right now" Tay'Vian said.

"Yeah , has anyone seen Keenan or Kendall?" I asked

"They're both downstairs I believe" my mom told me

I made my way downstairs Keenan was sitting on the couch and Kendall was sitting on the other side of it with Travis.

"Heyy" I said "Ti!!" Travis got up and pulled me into a tight hug "I've missed you" he told me "I've missed you too bro! I didn't know you were coming over today"

"Yeah Kendall hit me letting me know she was in town" he said "oh really" I peaked over at Kendall and she just smiled.

I chuckled and gave her the food, then I made my way over to Keenan "hi boo" I kissed his lips and sat next to him.

He put his arm around me "someone's in a good mood" he smiled and kissed me again

"That's because my favorite persons birthday is coming up" I said excitedly

"Yes yes I'm turning 20 on Saturday" he spoke

"Yes this is a big deal" I said

"Yeah bro what we doing?" Travis asked

"I didn't really have anything planned for real" Keenan said

I'm planning him a surprise party at his favorite arcade it's like a Dave & Busters but here it's called Tap In. We use to always come here in high school.

The owner even knows us and use to let us stay till after closing, I called him and asked if we could rent out the place Saturday night for Keenan's birthday and of course he said yes.

I sent out a text to all of Keenan's friends from high school and college.

It's Wednesday so I hope no one slips up.

"We definitely have to do something! 20 is a big deal" Kendall said

"I agree babe" I said

"I don't know I kinda wanted to chill" he said

"Nope we are not doing that, I'm gonna plan something for you just watch" I said.

"Ti you know I'll be perfectly fine with just spending the day with you in bed"

"We do that every day, we are doing something for your 20th end of discussion"

I wanted to stop talking about it so I wouldn't end up spilling the surprise.

"Ti I saw your brother around the way I didn't know he was back in town" Travis spoke.

My heart jumped when he mentioned my brother.
