"What do you think??" Choerry flipped her hair around. "You look so good!!" Yeeun said holding her dyed hair. "When did you do it?!" Yeeun gleamed. "Like a couple of days ago?" she said. "Ahhhh, it's so cool." Yeeun twisted it around her finger. "Well I'm gonna go to class!" she said to Yeeun. "Okay~" she patted Choerry on the butt. As Choerry walked away, she continued to her locker. She began to tense up as she was passing Jeno. He spotted her. "Oh, Jang Yeeun!" he began following. She paid him no mind. I don't need boys, she thought. "Yeeun~" he caught up to her. "What?" she gave him a glare. He gulped. "I'm sorry I didn't text you at all this winter break," he said. "Mhm," she opened her locker. "Well you see what happened-" he was cut off. "Oh, hey Yeeun," Hyunjin walked up to his locker which was right next to hers. "What's up Hyunjin?" she turned to Hyunjin. "How was your break?" he asked. "It was... boring." she glanced back over at Jeno who was standing there helplessly. "Wanna eat lunch outside today?" she closed her locker. "Sure." he closed his too. Yeeun walked off with Hyunjin. Jeno huffed. "Dammit," he said.

Hyunjin took a bite into his egg sandwich. "Why do you look like that?" he munched. "Huh?" Yeeun was staring off into space. "Something happen over break?" he asked. "Well, yes," she said, sipping on a juice box. "A-are you gonna say it?" he said. "Ugh, okay so basically, I told Jeno I liked him on the last day of school before break," she said. "Ooh do tell." he grinned. "Everything was fine until he ghosted me, I get didn't one text this whole break." she whined. "Ouch," he said. "And! Wait, no, never mind." something was on the tip of her tongue. "Hey! You can't do that! What is it?" he pried. "It's nothing." she brushed him off. "C'mon, just tell me! I'm really good at keeping secrets," he said. "Well..." she was giving in. "Okay! But you can't tell anyone about this," she told him. He nodded. "Y/N and Beomgyu are dating," she whispered. He raised an eyebrow. "Really?" he said. "Yeah, it was like anywhere I went, they were there, together!" she said. "Wow." he slightly bit his lip. "It's gotta be some sort of karma right? I mean how cruel is that though, I just had my heartbroken, and now all I can see is couples!" she leaned back on the grass. "Yeah..." he looked away. "But you can't tell anyone! I think they're keeping it a secret for now." she shot back up. "Yeah, don't worry." he looked off into the distance. "Well, I'm gonna go to the bathroom and then head to class." he stood up. "Alright then," she said. He began walking away before turning back around. "Oh and Yeeun," he said. "Yeah?" "Jeno broke his phone over the break and still doesn't have one." he turned back around. "What?" she said to herself. She watched as he walked off. He broke his phone huh. She opened a bag of chips. Why do I get the feeling I probably shouldn't have told him about Y/N and Beomgyu?

As you passed the school gate, you saw Hyunjin following you. You stopped. "What now?" you said, not turning to him. "Breakup with Choi Beomgyu," he said in a firm tone. You were in shock. How did he find out?! Shit, did he see us? You began walking forward. "Don't ignore me Y/N." he said. You stopped. "No, I will not break up with him Hyunjin," you said. "You should end things before they get ugly." this statement surprised you a bit. You still hadn't faced him, he was kind of scaring you. "Why are you being like this?" you finally turned to face him. You were surprised to see his eyes watering. "Because you can't be with anyone else Y/N," he said. "I'm not with you anymore Hyunjin," you said. "You don't need him." he was dancing around what he really wanted to say. "I'm not having his conversation with you right now." you turned back around. "Are you trying to hurt me? Are doing this to make me jealous?" he asked. "No." you walked off, leaving him standing there. You felt a knot in your stomach. Your face was burning from anger and sadness. You bit your lip, fighting back the pain of your past. You exhaled sharply. I need to tell Beomgyu soon before Hyunjin ruins everything.
