They arrived at the bar Fifteen minutes later, Marie was the first to bang in and by the look on her face she liked what she saw

They walked into the crowded room with the blaring disco lights and loud music. It looked more like a club, but not of high standards as the ones Harvey use to patronize

It was cold outside compared to the heat in here almost like a volcano erupted in here.

Sam was making a mental note to herself to never give in to Simon's doll face and Marie's sweet mouth

Marie grabbed her by the arm and pulled her further into the room, swaying pass sweaty bodies humping against each other . There were no empty seats obviously so they just stood by the corner 

"Am gonna go get us drinks" she yelled trying to beat the loud music in the background

"No Marie am not drinking "
But Marie wasn't having it

"No, not today sam. Today we live and enjoy life"

"You don't understand "

"I'll be right back " she screamed and disappear into the crowd
She had changed to a short strapless  purple dress wearing a brown leather jacket, sam glare around for awhile and watch the boys move over to the pool table

"Come play. Sammie, if we win we'll get their table "
Simon annouced the fair game and sam moved closer to the table

They played in teams, marie brought the beers and joined them. At first the guys were so skeptic and already use to the angles so they got the highest points but then Harvey picked up the pace and they soon had equal points then at the last round the guys decided to let the ladies play

The girls from the other team had help from the guys letting them hold them in position standing closely behind them and straddling their waist. Marie didn't have a problem letting Simon teach her and hold her but it got to Sam's turn she quickly declined Harvey before he could even come close.
She knew how to play pool so they was no point pretending to be clueless and letting Harvey touch her

She positioned the pool stick close to the white ball and shut one eye stretching backwards as she aced the 8ball pushing the white ball down the hole.
A win for her team. They yelled and clapped back against their opponent as they sadly moved away from their table and let them take over

Marie was over the moon, swinging her hips and dancing like it her birthday. Simon was cheering her as she threw her hands in the air and whine to the rhythm

Harvey excused himself and Simon went to the restroom. Marie quit dancing and joined sam at the table

"Quite an energy Marie, who knew you could dance like that "

"Who knew you could play pool"
The girls giggled

"I don't know, I guess am genuinely happy. I don't owe shit to anyone girl . It feels great to be free"

"Am glad you are having a great time "

"And You "

"I don't know what to do for fun"

"Why are you being a douche to Harvey "

"How do you mean"

"You shaded him when you refuse his help at the table"

"Oh please. I think it best to say I knew what I was doing. "

"You could have at least pretended to want his help"

"Nope. And I don't like people getting in my space if I can't do it, I won't do it. "

"You're ruining his night. Yunno"
