"alright min, your hour is up. nice job today, i'm proud," jisung smiled, his and minho's second therapy session of the week being over. minho's mother had decided to put her son in twice a week after the incident, thinking he'll need it. now, minho goes every wednesday and saturday.

jisung usually only worked on the weekends, but decided to go in an extra day. anything to help minho, he had thought. the extra day was worth it if it means he can help the other get better, cause he deserves it.

"thanks, i guess i'll go home and be bored now," minho half-heartedly joked, letting out a sigh.

jisung looked up from his desk, "well, my four hour break starts now. we can do something if you wanna."

minho shrugged, "sure, why not."

jisung smiled, quickly straightening up his room, getting it ready for later. he shut off the fan, turned off the lights, and they were on their way after jisung informed sana he will be taking his break.

once the two were outside, minho followed the older to his car, and hopped into his passenger seat. jisung started the car, syncing his phone to the bluetooth, and hitting shuffle on his playlist.

"it seemed nice out, want to just head to the park? we can just sit and chat."

"yeah, cause we didn't just do that for the last hour," minho remarked, not really paying attention and just listened to the music. him and jisung have very similar taste in artists it seems like.

jisung rolled his eyes, laughing, "wELL- it's fineee."

the next few minutes were peaceful, the two just enjoying the music. minho hummed along to some of the songs, and jisung stayed quiet, not wanting to disturb him.

soon enough, they arrived at the parking lot. they got out a few blocks away, and started making their way to the park.

"why'd we park so far?" minho asked, following behind jisung.

"it's less crowded over here."

minho nodded, slowly catching up so instead of walking behind, they were side by side.

it was a beautiful day. the sun was shining, the sky was clear blue, and there was a small breeze. it was definitely starting to look like spring.

they started becoming closer to the park, and minho was walking unusually close next to jisung. their hands softly brushed against each other a few times as they walked, until minho finally got the guts to interlock their fingers.

jisung was surprised at the sudden skinship, but decided not to say anything yet. he just enjoyed the moment along with minho.

the friends sat down on a nearby bench, and minho tiredly rested his head on jisung's shoulder. jisung felt his heart melt.

"you okay?" he asked, confused why the younger was suddenly acting so different.

minho hummed in response, "mhm, i just wanted to thank you, for everything you've done for me over the last few months."

"oh? what do you mean?"

"i guess it's because it's your job, but you never gave up on me...even when i gave up on myself. i just never thought i would meet someone who was so important to me."

jisung slowly lifted minho's head off his shoulder, and turned his body to face the other, "no, it's not because it's my job. i didn't give up on you because i care about you. weather it has anything to do with my job or not, i was not gonna let you lose yourself to your own mind."

minho's lips curled into a small smile as we wrapped his arms around the older, who he's gotten so comfortable around. he never thought he would meet someone who acted more like a family member to him than his actual family, but here he is.

"minho, i love you. you know that right?"

minho closed his eyes, letting himself relax.

"i...i love you too, jisung."
