This place is worse than a maze. Seriously, Sophie had to stop and ask a staff for the map of this place. He just stared at her like an animal who escaped from the zoo. "Hey, not everyone knows this place like you guys", she had shouted out to him before I pulled her away. We're still looking for the dressing room actually. It looked so easy when Farren and Suzy catwalked around like they know this place like the back of their palm; which they actually do.

We were exhausted so we sat down on a bench we saw a few distance away from us. On our way to sitting down we saw a stand were drinks were given. We rushed there and I picked one while Sophie picked three. I don't blame her though. Sitting back down, we drank off like our lives depended on it.

"Aaah", she exclaimed, "I'm never taking liquid for granted anymore."

And like that she finished two bottles. Whoa girl!

  "What now?" I ask

  "Dunno. What do you think?"

"For two hours now, we've been trying to find a single dressing room. And we haven't found any mirror anywhere else"

"Gosh", Sophie frowned, "Miss Paige is giving me 500 bucks for this"

"You can't be serious", I chuckled.

"But come to think of it. Time is running off. We can't stay here for long. What if our parents think we've been kidnapped"

"I'm sure Miss Paige will come up with an excuse. She suggested this in the first place so that one is entirely left in her hands."

"Hmm. Makes sense." Sophie said finishing the third drink. I just finished my first now. What is she? Then as if she read my thoughts she said; "now don't gimme that face. I get dehydrated easy so I need to fill back up. Just like you do with food."

"Okay, we're even now. Mines food, yours is water, right?"

  "You got it sister..."

  "Weirdo" I mumbled.

I felt a hard nudge on my hands, "I heard that" Sophie said.

I threw my head back and laughed so hard. When I turned back she was just giving me this look. My laughter died down before I asked her; " what? why are you staring at me like that?"

  "Sing for me Becky"

  "What?" Why...

"Just do it. Any song that comes to your mind". She paused for a while and then continued. "Apart from me of course making you laugh, I know singing makes you happy also. You just can't stand people because you feel you don't have back-up. It's alright to feel that way. But now sitting here, it's me and you. So just sing the first song that comes to your mind Beck."

I felt like tearing up. What did I do to deserve such a friend who understands me way better than I understand myself. It's only best I give to her what she asked for. Putting my head down I try to think of a song I love so much. I'm just gonna sing the chorus. Just the chorus...for Sophie.

I started singing and looked at Sophie who had a gleeful smile on her face like a kid on Christmas day. She held my hand and I was done with the song.

"See" Sophie said, "you're braver than you think." She hugged me tightly.

"Urm, sorry to interrupt..." An unfamiliar voice broke our hug, "but I love your voice"

Okay?

"Er...thanks?" The feeling is kicking in again and I felt the urge to hold Sophie's hand when I heard a voice in my head telling me, 'its just a small conversation silly. Speak!'
