Erin and her daughter Belle end up leaving her abusive husband and going back to her small hometown.
She hasn't been home in 18 years and being back brings up old flames from her past. Showing her that love can be something beautiful despite the pain that comes with being human.
Belle's whole life changes when she moves to a small town, very different from New York City which is where she's lived her whole life.
There she meets Wyatt and Aiden two boys that have been best friends since they were young.
Wyatt lives with his father and his home life is a mess. Whiskey stains the walls and no one hears the torture that goes on behind the doors and windows.
Aiden is always happy and full of life despite being bullied for being gay in a small town.
Together they find that they quickly become tangled into the hurricane called life. The ups and downs and the ride ahead shows them the strength in family and friends.
Will they be able to navigate through the storms ahead together? Or will their lives be tossed around beyond repair?
