My eyes snap open as soon the alarm rings, for a second I'm incoherent but then the realisation sets in.

Wedding.

Its Mr. Jacobs and Eveline's wedding day.

I move Rom's arm off me and push forward to get up but I'm pulled back before I could slide out.

Ugh!

I give his arm that is again wrapped around my waist tightly a look before trying again.

In vain though.

Romero groans this time and mumbles, "Stay still."

"I can't stay still. I need to go." I huff, struggling.

He is so freaking strong, even in his sleep.

He presses deeper in my neck, "No go."

I can't help but chuckle at this.

Sleeping Romero is cutest and most adorable, though he is most likely to frown at the compliment as if they are some kind of insult.

Typical men.

"Baby, its Mr Jacobs wedding today. I need to be there early, and I have an essay to submit before that."

"Just five minutes more." Muttering, he tightens his hold.

As I stare him, I can't help but recall all the time when grandma would try to wake me and I would use exact same words.

Unlike me, she would never give me those five minutes and would start with 'Akira Mary Ray.... blah blah blah.

Those tortures days.

I miss them.

Not the days but grandma and her scoldings.

I think watching Mr Jacobs, Eveline and her family has made me tad emotional.

It has made me want to see grandma, Logan and Bella.

Maybe I could visit them this weekend.

Yeah.

I'll talk to Rom about it later.

But for now, I take a moment to gaze at his sleepy form.

Perfect.

Too much of it maybe.

And its not just his face, it is him.

Everything about him call out to my soul and my entire being responds to that call just as ferociously.

I wonder if this is what people call being soulmates.

Soulmate.

Crazy right?

But I have heard it somewhere that matches are made in heaven and even if it takes time or is met with some failed attempts, they always find their way to each other. Some find it easily while some work hard for it but the end is inevitable.
