Chapter 9- DATE

"So where are we going?" I turned slightly towards him.

"Las Vegas," he said.

"Whhhhaattttttttttttt—shut the fuck up, are you serious?" I was shocked.

And then he started laughing.

I hit him on the shoulder.

"You should've seen your face," he said between his laughs.

"You are a douchebag, you know that, right?" I said—but smiled anyway.

"Only for you," he said and winked at me.

And that was my cue to blush.

Then he pulled up into a parking lot, and I looked outside to see that we were at a port.

My eyes immediately lit up.

"I have never been here before," I said, moving forward and pulling him into a hug.

"I am glad to be the first to bring you here," he said.

Then he got out and walked around the car to open the door for me.

Gentleman, I see, I thought to myself.

He then held his hand out for me, and I gladly took it.

He locked the car, but he didn't let go of my hand.

Not that I minded—because it felt nice.

He then guided me towards the sea, where a yacht was waiting for us.

I was mesmerized by the view, and I forgot that I was on a date.

I practically ran inside and was looking around like a child in a candy shop.

The sun was about to set, and sky was colorful.

It was sooooooo beautiful.

Then I went outside and saw a beautiful date setup.

Which reminded me—where is he?

I was about to turn around to look for Agastya and apologize for my behavior.

But when I did, I saw him sitting on a chair with a guitar in his hand.

"I never sing for anyone, but I feel you are different, and I wanted to sing this song to you," he said in a soft voice.

I just nodded as a signal to continue—because I couldn't find any words.

He was just perfect.

Then he looked right into my eyes, and my heart skipped a beat.

He was looking handsome af.

He then started playing the tune of the Bollywood song 'Sham.'
