Chapter 30 - Free gifts

"Ummm, what" Abhi looked at me through the mirror.
"How did you know that we were going to the parlour because I didn't say anything to Agastya nor did anyone mentioned about it after you came so how??" I asked him again.
"yeh actually how did you know about it" Rhea asked him with attitude.
"Really?" Abhi looked at Rhea challengingly.
Rhea started blushing deep and I looked at Anu and Shrush who also witnessed it and confirmed it with nods.
"Okay so I'll take the liberty to ask you the question on behalf of all three of us. Is something going on between you guys?"I asked them.
"Between us no no no no no, I cannot go out with him he is soo annoying and he always troubles me and he is good looking but I am soo not attracted towards him. I mean..." Rhea stopped her blabbering when Abhi gave her a smile she blushed again and looked down.
"You two are dating" I announce and both of them looked at me then at each other and Abhi raised his eyebrow to her.
"Fine we went on a few dates and we are considering dating soon" Rhea raised her hands up in surrender. We three started hooting and shouting.
"Yoouuuhuuuu, I knew it. It's almost that I could sense the sexual tension between you guys" Anu said.
"When are you guys marrying and ohhh my god there's gonna be a baby isn't it?" Shrush asked them and Rhea blushed hard at that.
"Slow down buddy. We've just been on a couple of dates and we are not yet dating" Abhi said.
"Does Agastya know about this?" I ask him.
"Umm no and I wanna be the one to tell him. So will you please not tell him anything until then" Abhi asked.
"No absolutely not. I am gonna tell him. In fact I am calling him right now" I took out my phone and opened my contacts then I show my phone to Abhi.
"Okay so I am about to call him. Is there anything you can offer me to change my mind" I ask him.
"Okay what do you want" he asked me.
"Candies"
"New IPhone" we both said it at the same time.
"Done candies done, now pinky swear" he let out his pinky finger and we all started laughing.
"Dude no one does that anymore and I want both new IPhone and candies so deal?" I let out my hand.
"Ugh fine" he shakes my hand.
"Babe I want an IPhone" Rhea made a puppy face.
"Babe you are getting me" he said  and her face dropped.
"I don't want you I want the new IPhone 12 max pro extra pro whatever it is" she folded her hand.
"Fine" he grumpily started the car.
"Wait a minute. Why aren't we getting the new IPhone?" Shrush asked.
"Yeh just because we aren't dating you or we don't have Agastya doesn't mean we don't get an IPhone. We are still you friends" Anu said.
Abhi looked blankly at them.
"I just thought I was gonna drop you off to your parlour but apparently it is the free IPhone giveaway cab for you guys" He said.
"You must have forgot that we also have Agastya's number" Shrush showed him her phone.
He took several deep breaths.
"Fine I'll buy you'll the new phone" he said in a very slow tone but we all got it and we started dancing.
He started the car and laughed at us.
"Well I hope I get a kiss tonight. I just gave 4 iPhones to you and your friends." He looked at Rhea and winked. She started blushing and hit him on his head.
"Honey do shut up" she said and we all started laughing.
We reached the parlour and got down from the car but not before thanking Abhi for the drive and free phone.
We all went for the spa first and were chilling and talking random shit.
"Just because your boyfriend is buying us a new phone doesn't mean that you get away easily for not telling us" I pointed at Rhea.
"Totally" Shrush and Anu backed me up and we all glared at Rhea.
"Okay fine, I should've told you guys about it but with Aahana going and everything I just didn't wanted to steal her thunder and also we didn't wanted to tell you guys until we figure it out first" she explained herself.
"Okay she has good points" Shrush said.
"We are letting you go now but you have to tell us everything How it started? How is it going? Did you guys fuck already? Are you guys official? When is the marriage?" Anu teased her and her face went all confused.
"You know na that we just went on two dates?" Rhea asked her.
"Umm you keep making good points today I have to give you that" she threw a salute to her.
"Anyways so yeh we have just been on two dates and we decided to get to know each other more before being official and I swear I wanted to tell you girls everything but then I thought let's just see where this is going first." She said and we all smiled at her to let her know it's okay.
"So now we have to find a pair of hot looking best friends for us"Anu told Shrush.
"Totally. I wouldn't mind the salvator brothers" She winked at her and that's how we started talking about 'hot, dreamy, mouth watering guys' until we reached home.
I straight away went to the kitchen and sure enough mom was there. I went and hugged her from behind.
"Mom I have invited girls over for the night because I am leaving in the morning and also I invited Agastya's family and Abhi for dinner tonight." I informed her. She turned around and hugged me tightly.
"I'll miss you around" she started crying and I held her tightly in my arms.
At first I started whispering good things to make her stop but guess what I joined her too.
"I'll miss you more mom" We both cried harder.
I heard girls coming in and as soon as they saw us, guess what they joined the hurdle and started crying.
We all cried and hugged and cried for what felt like hours.
Aahan walked into the kitchen casually and looked at us strangely. He then shrugged and took the blueberry yogurt from the fridge and started walking out of the kitchen. Then he turned back.
"Grow up" he said and left the kitchen.
We all were confused as to what happened. Is he a human being? Will he not miss me.
"Bro your brother is weird" Anu said.
"100%" I replied with my sore voice.
"Anyways girls stop crying and go get ready for the dinner" My mom wiped her tears and kissed me on forehead.
We all collected ourselves and took the crying party to my room.
"Girls please stop crying I am not getting married bro, I am just moving in with my hopefully future fiancé" I said and start thinking about my own words. Well I am weird.
"And you guys are totally gonna visit me there right?" I ask them.
"Let's see" Anu
"I'm too busy" Shrush
"Ehhhh... hmmmmmm..." Rhea
Came there shocking answers.
"That's rude and disappointing" I state the fact. And they all started laughing.
"Sorry we were just kidding. We're moving in with you guys in a month probably" Anu said and the other two nodded.
"Okay, I would rather agree to the first terms" I say and we all started laughing. I am gonna miss this.
These stupid talks. My girls, my life here, mom dad obviously, and I can't believe I am saying this but maybe Aahan too. I mean idk let's see. I am also gonna miss mumbai. This city is everything, it teaches you to be tough, it is chaotically beautiful and also kindly safe.
"So before you go we wanna give you something" Shrush brought me back from my thoughts.
"Guys you don't need to give anything to me..... fuck it I need presents give it" I close my eyes and kept both my hands in front.
I heard some laughing and then some shuffling.
They were taking longer then I expected.
"Umm guys. You do have something right?" I ask them.
"Yeh just open your eyes" Rhea said.
I slowly open my eyes and then adjust the lights. In front of me there was a small tiffany box.
I screamed loudly and quickly opened it to find a mentos inside and a note which says 'mentos because we are tossing you to your men'" I looked up and they all were laughing hard.
"Are you guys serious?" I ask them.
"Did..you......like...it?" Rhea manages to say in between her laughter.
"No thanks" I toss them back the box and these shameless girls are still laughing, and soon I realised that I am shameless too because I joined them as laughter is contagious.
"No really but we have actual gifts for you" Anu said.
"Okay I'll give you guys a chance to renew yourselves." I said.
"Shut up you just want gifts" Anu said and I nodded frantically.
"Okay so from my side I am giving you a very healthy kit" Rhea said and she presented a box labelled as happy pill and inside of it there were three jars full of candies.
