EPISODE 2 (1167 WORDS)
"What the hell is that?" Stiles shouted.
"It's a wolf," Scott replied.
"Yeah, I can see that. I thought you said you smelled blood? As in human blood?" Stiles argued looking at Scott confused.
"I told you something was different," I added smugly but stiles sighed.
"This doesn't make sense," stiles added as he looked over the head.
"We got to get out of here," Scott exclaimed as I stood up. I walked around to see a random flower sticking out of the dirt. I approached it. The guys started yammering about the old werewolf movie as I pulled it from the ground. Connected to the roots was a rope.
I began pulling to reveal that the rope circles the body multiple times, like a swirl. Once I reached the end of the rope I looked back at the body. We all stood looking down at the body that was looking back at us. A now human head and torso lying in the dirt where the wolf head once was. We all looked down in silence. I nodded to myself with an idea.
"I'll see you tomorrow," I added nonchalantly but they looked at me confused.
"Aren't you going to wait for the cops?" Stiles asked but I chuckled.
"Nope," I shrugged as I started walking away. "Tell me about it tomorrow," I added as I began hurrying back to my house. I ran back and made it home in no time. I chuckled to myself as I walked in.
I love this werewolf thing. I probably made it home in minutes. I walked through to the kitchen to see my mum putting the dishes away.
"Hey, you have fun?" She asked as she smiled at me.
"Yeah, we're just walking and talking," I shrugged so she looked at me a little more intensely.
"You don't have a crush on one of the boys do you?" She asked making me chuckle.
"No, They're both pining over different women," I chuckled as I approached the fridge and pulled out some leftovers to heat up.
"Doesn't mean you don't have a crush on one of them or both of them, I'm not judging," she added making me laugh.
"No, mum. We're all just friends." I shrugged as I put my plate of food in the microwave. I turned to face her seeming her smirking. I sighed knowing she always had a reason behind smirking. "What?" I asked but she chuckled and turned away from me so I couldn't see her smirking anymore. "What?" I repeated. She turned back to face me.
"I just think that stiles are a nice boy," she shrugged but I looked at her confused.
"So?" I asked but she sighed and looked at me as if I was stupid.
"Your father used to look at me the way stiles looks at you," she added making me chuckle at the thought in my head,
"yeah but dad used to always look at things that weren't his that way too," I blurted out. I panicked slightly thinking I might have upset my mum but she laughed and nodded.
"Good point, just be careful okay," she added as the microwave dinged, I nodded showing that I understood before walking into the living room and putting on the tv as I ate. I stayed with my mum and watched a movie until it was too late for her to keep her eyes open.
We both went to bed but I texted stiles before I drifted off. I woke up to the light shining in through my window. I stretched and smiled at the sunny day. I checked my phone to see that stiles had texted me. I opened it as I rubbed my eyes.
"Driving back soon, meet at my house." It was sent only a few minutes ago so I quickly got dressed and ready. I tied my red hair back into a high ponytail and threw on my leather jacket. I was wearing my white vans, blue skinny jeans and a black AC/DC shirt.
"I'm heading out I'll text you when I'm on my way home," I called out before closing the door behind me and approaching my car. I stopped in my tracks as I smelt a large amount of sweat and a strong scent of Scott when he's turning. I ran anomalistically, trying to be as fast as I could.
"You kept it?" I heard Scott shout in the distance, I knew I was getting close.
"What was I supposed to do with it?" Stiles replied and my pace quickened, stiles is not dying at the hands of Scott! I heard Scott grunting and struggling and I was begging my legs to go faster as I knew I had to get there in time.
"Stop the car!" Scott's words echoed through my head and I knew he had turned. I have seconds before something goes wrong. I heard the car screech to a stop. I noticed something flying at me and my reflexes caught it as I continued to run. I finally stopped when I noticed stiles had his back to me and I was holding his backpack.
"Stiles?" I asked and he jumped before turning to face me. His hand on his chest from the fright I had given him.
"I thought you were Scott, " he notes but I glanced at him confused.
"where is Scott?" I asked concerned but stiles looked terrified.
"he turned, I don't know where he's gone, " stiles explain making me grunt in annoyance. I chuckled the backpack to stiles before zooming off in the direction Scott had gone, his scent strong and pungent. I quickly stopped before an idea hit me. I'm so stupid for not knowing it sooner. I ran in the other direction knowing exactly where he was going and an easier route to get there.
Soon enough I approached Allison's house and spotted Scott crouched by her window watching her, stalking her. I sighed and climbed up so I was creeping closer to Scott. Allison was approaching her window so I grabbed Scott by the collar of his jacket and pulled him over the roof so we were out of sight of the window. Scott collected himself and squatted in front of me ready to fight me.
I bared my teeth at him, he seemed to think before hurry away. I was about to chase after him but stopped when a car crashed into the side of hi. I watched to make sure he wasn't too badly hurt. Soon enough the driver came out of the car and I instantly recognised him as the hunter in the woods from the night I was bitten, I scurried back completely out of sight knowing if he thought I was a werewolf he would shoot before asking any questions. I listened in to the conversation that Allison soon joined, as soon as I knew Scott was okay and took off in the other direction.
