3rd POV
The weekend went by really quickly and Peter was back at school again early Monday morning.

Tony had drove him to school and Pepper promised that she would pick him up. There was one problem though, Peter's guardian was still listed as May so in the event of an emergency she would be contacted.

Pepper and Tony didn't like that idea so Tony was going to change that information except the school might require proof of them being related.

"Don't cause a scene please, nothing ever happens anyway, they wouldn't need to call May," Peter said with a sigh.

"I never cause a scene and I  don't want May Parker to have any connections to you." Tony declared.

Peter sighed,"If you change my last name to Stark people might start asking questions," Peter pointed out.

"Then I'll do what we did to keep you a secret from the media when you were in preschool," Tony said with a shrug.

"And what was that?" Peter asked curiously.

''Make everyone sign an NDA,'' Tony replied.

Peter's jaw dropped,"You can't make everyone in my school sign an NDA,"

''Yes I can and I will. And for the record I'm not changing your last name to Stark, it was always Stark, those bastards were the ones who changed your last name, " Tony said and rolled his eyes.

"You're crazy, why do you even have to keep me a secret?" Peter asked.

"Because I dont want you to become a target for people who want to hurt me and you don't need the media watching your every move," Tony said with a sigh.

"I understand the media part but I can take care of myself if I get attacked, I'm spiderman," Peter said with a pout.

"Whatever you say Peter, now let's get this over with, Tony said and walked into the school.

"Good morning," The receptionist stuttered out, it's not everyday that Tony Stark casually strolls into your school.

"Good morning, I'd like to speak to Principal Moron," Tony said.

"Morita," Peter said and facepalmed.

"Yeah yeah what he said," Tony replied.

"Of course, he's in his office, you can go in," the receptionist said.

"Thanks," Tony said and walked into the office after knocking.

The principal was also surprised to see Tony in his office.

"How can I help you?" he asked.

"I want to change Peter's emergency contact," Tony said.

"Did his aunt give you permission?" The principal asked confusedly.

"Yeah that bitch isn't his aunt, long story short he's actually my son and I want my wife and I to be listed as his emergency contacts, oh and change his last name to Stark on your records and whatever, " Tony said.

Peter just looked on quietly. "I think I'm going to find my friends," Peter said awkwardly.

"I'm confused, what do you mean that Mrs. Parker isn't his aunt? As far as we were told Peter's parents are dead," The principal said.

"I just told you that Peter is my son, it's a long story that I don't have time to tell,'' Tony said and rolled his eyes.

"Yeah I'll be going now," Peter said and walked out of the office to go find Ned.
