*Maria Camilla*

I stared at the phone, thinking if I should really do this.
Carlos nodded at me with his arms wrapped around me from my back at the bangalow.
I pressed the call button and it started ringing.

At four rings, the phone was answered.
"Hello ma," my voice shook and Carlos's hand tightened, giving me courage.
"Maria Camilla. Dear," she said and I looked at Carlos.
"How are you doing. Are you alright?" She asked quickly.

"I'm fine ma," I answered.
"Is something wrong then?" I heard a chair screech from the other side of the phone.
"No... I..uh....I made a decision," wiping the sweat on my forehead, Carlos pulled away standing infront of me and held my free hand.

"And?" She asked scared.

"I've decided to come stay with you. I'm coming home," my eyes went shut and all the things that my father did came back to me.

His infidelity most especially.

"Next week."

"Are you really sure? You can take more time if you want," she gasped at the news but I cried.

I was going to face this.
I can do it.

"I'll come pick you up myself okay?"
"In the evening. I have to go to camp on Monday," I said.
"Ok. Take care dear."
"You too," I hung up and looked at Carlos.

He just engulfed me in a hug.
"Let's go, we might be late," patting his back, I said walking away.
I need to fix all the mess in my life one at a time if I want to lead a normal and peaceful one with no killing, destroying of lives.

I haven't told Carlos about any of my sins.
I'm not ready yet.
When we passed the parlor, I heard something which caused me to stop.

"Three girls who were confirmed to be rebels were found dead at sandy shore river side this morning."
The image shown darkened my thoughts.

Isabelle, Aitana and Sophia were dead. They were gone forever.
"This is all the spy's fault. If she hadn't been so stupid, neither would they have died nor will people be their victims."

Felipe.

He must be behind all this.

I'm not going to spare him now.

My phone beeped and it was a text.

"Your friends are dead, isn't that still enough or do you want Mateo and Paulo to be the next?"
This bastard.

"Lets meet, Mapple tree: local warehouse at 5:00pm," I texted.
It took everything in me to not kick the table infront of me.
"Let's go." Carlos pulled me with him in a hurry.

I've been officially removed from the case of the rebels because the general said, it wasn't good for a start.
It needed more experienced people because of the danger it comes with.

Once I reached base, Major proceeded to the general's office while I changed my SIM and sent the general the text I sent to Felipe.
He had agreed to meet me at Mapple tree street, in a local warehouse.

I will put an end to this madness and chaos besides, it all started because of me.
People are dying all because of me.
Overdose drug victims and now even my friends.

One two three

I won, I won, I won.

Their voices repeated in my head.
"Don't punish yourself for everything that happened. What matters is the effort you're putting in to make things right." Fátima held my arm.
