*Maria Camilla*

"Oh there she is!" Fátima exclaimed at the sight of me walking in their direction.
I've managed to do the whole thing in ten minutes. Wow, I'm proud of myself.

"I'll leave you two alone sir," she gave major and I a goofy smile with a wink at me.
"Come, I want to show you something," grabbing my hand, he pulled me with him to only he knows where.

The feel of his hard hands against mine made me shiver and my heart thuding against my chest. His hands exerted heat which warmed my cold one due to the weather.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked looking at the side of his head that was only visible to me.
"Patience princess," he looked back at me for a second before turning back.

His hand tightened around mine. Staring down at our hands and up at his back which was facing me, I felt heat creep up from my neck to cheeks.
"You can stop blushing now," he caught me red handed and I hated it. Damn.

"Where have you......," the words stuck on my throat, taking in my environment.
We were standing infront of a tree house with a broken ladder.
How the hell are we supposed to get there?

"I'll carry you if you want," Major shrugged. Wait, did I just say that out loud?
Who is this person cuz for sure, it's not Maria Camilla.
I gently shoved him away, took steps back and ran towards the tree.

Stepping on it with my right foot first them my left foot upwards, I quickly held the branch and swung into the house in a swift motion.
"Wow!" He clapped when I looked below where he was standing.

"Come on up!" I yelled. I love these kind of things. They remind me of the type of person I am.
Instead of what I did, he jumped and held onto the branch ready to swing in.

"Wait! the last thing I want is a broken nose," he laughed while I moved away and he swung right in.
The tree house was tidy. There were blankets and a lantern. Do people sleep here?

"This tree house was built by general Del Lione and his friends when he was a Lt.," he explained sitting opposite me with his eyes staring at me the same way he always does.

It got me thinking, does he stare at everyone the same way he looks at me?

I've never been inside a tree house. My first time.
"Why did you want to show me this place?"
"What do you think?" He smirked and I huffed.

"Let's go now. They might be looking for us," I said helping my self up but he pulled me down and I accidentally landed on his lap.
"We're off duty. Besides, I took permission from the general. If anything happens, he'll contact me," he caressed my cheek, tilting his head.

"But I didn't take permission," I argued so not to look affected by his touch.
"You think I'm that selfish?.... Ofcourse I excused the both of us," he nearly whispered his hand landing at the corner of my lips.

I noticed how his eyes has turned dark and my eyes burnt in shock. My heart pounding loud against my chest that I was scared he'll hear it.

"Maria?" My heart skipped a few beats at the mention of my name from him. No one had call me that ever. He was the first.
"Hmm," I hummed in answer due to the sensations and effects of his touch were having on me.

"I'm Carlos. Nice to meet you," I burst out laughing. I thought he was going to say something important or something that will throw me to the edge but this......

"What?.... We've not introduced our selves and I doubt you knew my name," he said as I listened but continued laughing.
I stopped when he tilted his head all the way, looking at me.

"You're the prettiest chicken I've ever seen," said major and once again I started laughing instead of getting annoyed or angry.
"Chicken?.... Seriously?" If he was trying to make me laugh, then he was succeeding at it.

The time came when I couldn't laugh anymore because my tummy and cheeks hurt so badly but he was dead quiet just watching me like his favorite show.

"I've been waiting for you my whole life. Maria." The intensity of his eyes, threw me to the edge.
"It's really hot in here," I fanned myself getting off his lap and sitting back on my place.

I lied to get away but still removed my uniform, remaining in only my under shirt which was also part of the uniform.
He chuckled shaking his head and resting his hand on his knee.

"Right, even I'm feeling hot," he also removed his shirt and I tried to look away from him when he sent a teasing look.
A muscle went from the inside of his elbow down to his wrist tightly.

His arms could simply show his strength and I gulped hard.
"You don't have to pretend you know," without looking at me he said and just the moment I started staring more intensly at him, he caught my eyes.

"Just like that," he said but I immediately looked away.
"You're a tough one but I think I can handle you," he said and he just reminded me of something.

It's been a long time since I fought. Ever since I became officially soldier.
"Fight?" I raised a brow at him.
"If you wish," he said.
I pulled off my shirt so I was remaining in only my underwear and singlet.

I could feel him staring at me but at the moment, I was eager to fight with him.
"Read....?" My words disappeared, mouth hung open and eyes as wide as saucers at the sight of his naked body.

"I'll see you down,"he held onto the branch and jumped down.
Snapping out of it, I jumped directly down and somersaulted in the air landing on one knee and one hand down.

"You never fail to amaze me, let's see what you can do," Major rubbed his hands together.
I still think no one knows of the rebels' escape otherwise, we wouldn't be here right now.

Positioning my hands in front of me, finding the perfect position for my legs too, I stared right into his eyes.
I attacked first by targetting to blow him across the face but he caught my hand and turned me around so my back was facing his front.

I kicked his leg, elbowed him on the chest, released myself from his grip and pushed him away before he caught his step smiling.

"Interesting," said Major.

I motioned for him to attack and he came kicking but I stop him with kicks too a couple of times which became harder and harder before he kicked the side of my waist and when I turned behind, he kicked my back causing me lose  my balance but held myself before I could fall.

"Are you okay?" He asked behind me.
I just ran, stepped on his stomach, walked on his body up to his shoulder jumping down, I hit his back just like he did to me causing him to lose balance too.

"Nice," he chuckled.

Major came along intending to punch my shoulder but I stopped him and kicked his tummy. He dodged the punch I was going to give him and swept me off my feet by kicking my ankles.

I fell flat on the ground blood coming from the corner of my mouth.
"Need some help?" I heard his footsteps but made no move until he was about to hold me up but I sent him down, plopped on top of him as hard as I could and sent his leg over his head causing him to land flat on his face.

I heard his groan before expertly pulling himself up on his feet.
"Are you okay there?" I asked.
"Sure thing!"
Major sending kicks and punches my way while I tried to defend my self. He pulled me to him and sent me on my knees.

It hurts but I'm not giving up.

When I saw his attack coming I placed my weight on my hand that supported me while my legs in the air fighting his arms until I was finally up.

We were both sweating so I had to end it soon. Intending to step on him and walk to his shoulders just like I did, I carried on with just that but once I was there, he shook his shoulders which sent me hard on my back and I coughed.

Blood came out and my head hurts due to the contact with the ground.

"Never use the same strategy twice."
