(So if you go back 2 chapters, you'll find the 'First period' part 1. I decided to do a part 2 of it, so here it is)

Steve's POV
I headed out of Brooke's room to go get Soda. Soda was sitting sitting on the couch with Pony and Johnny. I walked up to him.

"Hey buddy, can I talk to you?" I ask, nudging him in the arm. He looks up at me weird.

"Uh..sure" he stands up. I walk to the kitchen, Soda following behind.

"So..what is it Steve?" He asks as he leans against the counter.

"Uh..well, your sister got her period today" I whisper the last part. He looked surprised.

"What? Wait, how do you know?" Soda asks.

"I noticed on the way home she had it on her pants, I talked to her after." I explain.

"Ohh" Soda says. "Should I go talk to her?" He asks.

"Uh..well, she needs those thingies and I told her you could buy em for her" I say.

"Okay, thanks Steve" he pats my shoulder.

"No problem, buddy" I do the same. Soda walks to Brooke's room as I go back to the living room.

"What was that about Steve?" Twobit can't mind his own business. "Ah nothing" I wave it off.

Soda's POV
Wow..okay, my sister just got her period today. And out of all people it had to be Steve who noticed. I wish mom would have talked to her about this before. Oh well, I'll just have to go talk to her as awkward as it might be.

Brooke's POV
I was still sitting on my bed, a tear slipping every now and then. There's another knock at me door. I can image it's Soda.

"Ya?" I ask.

"Can I come in?" I hear Soda asks.

"Ya" I say again. He comes in, shutting the door behind him before he comes and sits beside me.

"Steve told me" he says looking at me with sympathetic eyes.

"Okay.." I say awkwardly.

"Hey, there's nothing to be embarrassed about, it's normal" my brother reassures.

"I know, but...I didn't want anybody to know. Now Steve out of all people know" I complain.

"Its okay, he ain't gonna tease you. I'll make sure of it. First, your gonna get changed. Then I'm gonna take you to the store for the things you need. Okay?" He explains.

I nod and attempt to wipe the dry tear stains on my face. "I'll be right outside" he says getting up and walking out so I can change.

I change into new panties and new jeans quickly before walking out of my room to find Soda leaning against the wall. "You ready sweetie?" He asks. I nod.

We walk out into the living room, luckily no one could tell I was crying. "We're taking the truck Dare" Soda says as he grabs the keys.

"For what?" He asks. Shit. Soda better not tell him.

"ice cream" he says. Ha, good one Soda. "Okay, be careful" Darry says from the kitchen.

We got to truck and started driving the the store. "Are you gonna tell Darry?" Soda asks out of nowhere.

"I don't really want to" I say, fiddling with my fingers. A habit of mine.

"Okay...would it be easier if I told him?" Soda suggests. I nod.

"Thanks Sodie" I say. "Anything for my little sis" he flashes his movie star smile.

We got to the drug store. "Are you coming in?" Soda asks.

"Well, I don't know which ones to get" I admit.

He hesitates for a minute but then speaks. "okay, how about you stay here and I'll go pick some out" he suggests. I love all my brothers of course, but this is why I love Soda. Soda goes to pick some out. I just wait in the truck.

Soda's POV
I walk into the store to the feminist stuff. I'm so confused and partly embarrassed. I pick out a box of tampons and a box of pads, I hope I got the right ones. I walk up to the counter and pay for them. The lady looked at me like I was crazy. I basically ran outta there after.

When we got home, Brooke went to the bathroom. "Hey Darry, can I talk to you?" I ask.

"Ya, sure little buddy" he says standing up. I pull him into the kitchen. He has to know sometime. I don't like keeping secrets from someone twice my size anyways.

"Brooke got 'it' today" I whisper in his ear. He looked at me surprised, with wide eyes.

"Did you talk to her about it?" He asks.

"Ya and so did Steve" I say.

He looks at me weird "long story" I say. He nods awkwardly.

"I'll go talk to her about it" he says.

"Alright" was all I said.

Brooke's POV
When we got home, I went to the bathroom with the bag. I figured out how to open a pad and put one on. After, I walked back out into the living room.

Everyone was kinda acting weird, but I shrugged it off as I went to the kitchen to grab something to eat. "Hey" Darry said.

"Hi.." I said back.

"So..Soda told me about what happened" he says.

"Okay" I shrug. This was awkward.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asks. Darry can be comforting, but I just don't feel like talking about it.

"Nah, I just wants this to be over" I sign.

"Well you got about 40 years to go kiddo" he gives a sad smile. What did he just say?

"WHAT!?" I basically yell. He looks taken back.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN 40 YEARS!?" I yell.

"Woah, calm down, calm down" he puts a hand on my shoulder. By now, the whole gang was in the kitchen.

"What's going on?" Dal asks. Oh my god this is embarrassing. I did the only thing I could think of. I ran out of the kitchen and into my bedroom, crying might I add.

Soda's POV
"WHAT!?" We all looked over to the kitchen. Great, what the hell did Darry tell her?

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN 40 YEARS!?" We hear her yell. We all jogged to the kitchen to see what the commotion was, I already had a general idea.

"What's going on?" Dal asks. She saw us and ran to her room.

"What happened Darry?" I ask coming closer. We realized the whole gang was listening and didn't want to embarrass her.

"What the hell is going on? You guys have been acting weird all day" Dal says. There was a moment of silent.

"Did she..get 'it'?" Two asks. The looks on Darry, Steve's, and my face kinda gave it away. They all kinda gave 'ohh' looks.

Brooke's POV
I heard a knock at my door. Who could it be this time? "Can I come in?" Pony asked.

"Why?" I sign.

"I just wanna talk" he says softly through the door. I huff as I stood and opened the door liek ive been doing all day. I sat back down on my bed.

"What?" I ask.

"There's no need to be upset or embarrassed about it, Y/n. It's normal" he says putting an arm around me. I giggle a little.

"What's so funny?" He asks.

"Soda did the exact same thing" I laugh. He laughs to. From there everything was fine, Pony explained to me about periods. Which was kinda awkward. But I love my brothers for being here for me, even Steve.
