The bridge that connects Gotham City & Arkham Island has been lifted up, the Gotham City Police Department are at the bridge as Commissioner Jim Gordon tries to figure out what to do. As the police strategize a plan, Tim Drake aka Robin & Stephanie Brown aka Batgirl arrive in their motorcycles.

Jim Gordon: Robin, where's Batman?
Batgirl: We don't know, he's been missing for hours.
Robin: The last we heard from him, he just captured Riddler.
Jim Gordon: Same here, we picked up Nygma on the roof of Gotham Central Bank after he called us. When we picked him up we took him directly to Arkham and that's when the breakout happened.
Batgirl: Batgirl to Oracle, come in Oracle.
On the other end of the call is Barbara Gordon, the original Batgirl who was paralyzed from the waist after getting shot by The Joker, she has then passed the mantle of Batgirl down to Cassandra Cain. Cassandra has since moved on from the mantle of Batgirl after she left Gotham City, leaving the Bat Family without a Batgirl. Stephanie Brown is the daughter of the criminal known Cluemaster, as she is ashamed to be his daughter she became a vigilante known only as Spoiler. She would sometimes team up with Tim Drake, the 3rd boy who took the mantle of Robin after the original Dick Grayson moved to Blüdhaven and became Nightwing, Jason Todd became the 2nd Robin until he killed by The Joker. After being paralyzed by The Joker, Barbara set up shop at a clocktower where she still helps Batman from there, even starting up her own team with Black Canary & The Huntress calling themselves the Birds of Prey, from the clocktower she helps coordinate the cape crusaders, and she's even is a master hacker taking on the codename, Oracle. And the cherry on top, she's also the Commissioner's daughter, who has no idea of her crime fighting life.
