"He speaks German!" Arthur said in annoyance.

They had found a German family near Dewberry Creek and Charles pushed Arthur to help them out. The father and husband had been taken to a clearing near where they were hiding out.

"Just untie him before more people get here, Arthur." Charles groaned, looking as Arthur cut the ropes from the Germans hands and feet.

"Come on, let's get you out of here." Arthur led the man to his horse. "Charles, this place seems better than that waterhole over there. Take everybody over here instead."

Charles nodded and mounted his horse. "Alright, meet us back here." He said before riding off.

"Let's get you to your family." Arthur said, helping the man onto his horse.

The German got into the horse and Arthur mounted up after him. Arthur rode down to where the wife had told them to meet, he was at least able to understand that part. As they rode, the man continued to say things in German, which sounded like gibberish to Arthur.

They finally arrived to the Germans family and he hopped off the horse and ran to them. He greeted his family than grabbed something from their wagon. He handed a whole gold bar to Arthur.

"Thank you." The man said with a heavy german accent.

"So you can speak english!" Arthur laughed.

The german said nothing more and rode off on the wagon with his wife and children.

"Bastard." Arthur chuckled and rode off. The gang should be at that spot by now.

Arthur to made it to the spot called Clemens Cove. Everyone was about done unpacking and were seeming to quite like the new camp. There was a beautiful view right next to the water and they even bought a boat.

There was just one thing that popped into Arthur's head, is Amara and Maisie still going to stick around?

It was around noon and Amara was busy reading in her study. She was hooked on this book and couldn't seem to focus on anything but it.

Maisie burst into the study, a worried look on her
face.

"They left Horseshoe Overlook." Maisie said as she rushed towards Amara.

"What?" Amara looked up at Maisie and marked her page in the book.

"The gang, Sean, they're not there."

Amara closed her book and stood up to face Maisie. "Calm down, they'll probably come by tonight." She said, placing a hand on her sisters shoulder.
