A L E X A N D R A

Thank the Lord I'm done with school for the day.
I truly think school is a place to torture kids. For example, why do we have to have homework after our brains have been working hard for 6-7 hours?
Exactly.
There's only one thing that I've learned from school;
School + homework = stress
Wow, I'm amazing at Math!
Let me give you a quick introduction to who I am.
My name is Alexandra Marie Montgomery but I prefer to go by Alex. I'm 17 years old, a senior in high school, and currently in a relationship with my fridge and Netflix.
I mean boys have had crushes on me here and there, but there are too many f*ckboys in this world to risk getting a broken heart.
But I can always trust Netflix and my fridge to be loyal to me.
So that pretty much sums me up.
"Mom, I'm home and I survived!" I announced as I was kicking off my shoes.
"Hey honey, how was school?" My mom asked.
She was in the kitchen in front of the stove, the air had the sweet aroma of food cooking.
"It was bearable," I responded. I could hear her giggle from the kitchen.
I put my car keys on the rack and went straight to my boyfriend; the fridge.
"Hun, dinner will be ready in a half hour," my mom yelled.
Okay, now it's time to introduce my mother.
Her name is Melissa Montgomery, she is the mother of me (aka the blessing of the family) and my older sister Nina. She is married to my father James Montgomery and she works as a dentist.
I just nodded at her and kept looking for food.
Once I got my snack, I went upstairs to my room and decided to get some homework done.
I worked right through dinner.
After a few hours of stressing, my phone soon interrupted.
"Hello?" I answered, not bothering to check who it was because there was only one person who calls me and that was my best friend Ashley.
Ashley and I have known each other since diapers, our dads are coworkers at the law firm and have been very good friends for a long time. She is pretty much the rebellious one that gets me to do crazy stuff. Her parents are practically my second parents and her younger brother Sam (who is 12) is also like a younger brother to me, but I've never met the rest of her family.
"Hey, Alex!" I could recognize the high-pitched voice.
"Hi ugly, what's up?" I asked. There was obviously something she wanted because she only calls when she needs something.
"Well... I need you to come to a party with me, I kinda told everyone you were going to be there. And it's a Friday night, and you and I both know you have nothing better to do," she jabbered.
I sighed in annoyance because she wasn't wrong but she always made plans like this and it always got me in trouble.
But every time I'd go, I would always have the time of my life.
"Fine but you're lucky I love you and in the mood to party," she squealed and hung up on me.
Let's hope getting grounded will be worth it.

I checked if my mom was asleep, which she was and my dad wouldn't be home until late and hopefully I'd be home by then so I started to get ready.
I put on a black bralette, light blue ripped jeans and some black heels. I straightened my long light brown hair and escaped out the window of my room.
By the time I finally got down, Ashley was there.
Tonight is going to be an interesting night.

We arrived at the party and it was wild.
Red cups everywhere, music loud enough to make you deaf, and a sea of people.
I tried to stay as close to Ashley as possible, but then I lost her; I was left to fend for myself.
"Do you want a drink?"
A girl was passing out (more like shoving) drinks into people's hands.
I grabbed the drink and thanked her and took a huge gulp.
The liquid burned my throat, but I kept drinking.
I kept walking around, and I started swaying my hips to the music. After a few minutes, I suddenly felt arms wrap around my waist and jumped at the sudden feeling.
"Hey babe," the stranger smirked at my reaction.
This guy smelled like weed and alcohol. His platinum blond hair was a mess and he had stains all over him, probably beer.
"Get off me," I yelled.
I pushed his hands off my waist. I tried walking away from him but he grabbed my hand and pulled me to him.
He ignored my pleas and kept pulling me closer to him.
I begged him to get away from me but he wouldn't until a sudden voice shouted, very loudly I might add.
"Dude, she told you to get away, now get lost!" The deep voice yelled.
My eyes were screwed shut and I was too scared to open my eyes. The guy scattered away and I slowly opened my eyes.
The guy was very attractive. He had beautiful hazel eyes, they were mesmerizing. He had light brown hair and lots of tattoos.
Something about him felt familiar but I couldn't figure it out.
After some time I realized that I had been staring at him for a pretty long time, but he was doing the same thing.
"Thank you for that," I stammered.
"No problem, Michael is just stubborn. And I'd always help someone," he paused to look at me up and down.
"As hot as you." He winked.
I rolled my eyes and scoffed. He definitely ruined the moment.
"I'm going to go now, but thanks... I didn't get your name?"
"You'll find out after you play a couple games with me and my friends, this is your payment and you do owe me," he smirked.
Before I could decline, he grabbed my hand and led me to his friends.
They were starting a game of truth or dare.
Wow, how mature.
I soon realized who he was, and I couldn't believe it.
The town's bad boy.
I've heard of him but I had never met him in person.
The one and only Parker Hood.
Hi guys, this is my first story EVER, so bear with me. It might suck or it might be pretty good, we never know. :) I hope you enjoy.
