"Hey, are you ready?" Bry asked me when I went downstairs. We're going to school today, to enroll for this school year. I'm wearing a plain white shirt partnered with my jeans. I'm also wearing a minimalist necklace just to give the shirt a style.

"Yeah, let's go. Bye mom!" I kissed her on the cheeks before leaving. We're using Bry's car. I told her I'm lazy to drive today that's why she came to pick me up.

"Will Blaze come with us?" I asked while on our way to school.

"You miss him again?" She teased me.

"No! I'm just asking." I rolled my eyes and got my phone out of my bag.

"No he's not coming. He's probably going with his friends. Noth told me." She shrugged. I just nodded and scrolled through my phone. We did a boomerang and posted it on my ig story.

'On our way to school. Grade 10 here we come'

We're incoming grade 10 already. Time flies so fast. I'm turning 15 on September. We still have a year before the traditional 'color detector'.

"We're in the same sections! Yay!" We chuckled. We're still in the first section. I'm sure Blaze too, his grades are high last school year.

We just went to a coffee shop to grab a breakfast. I ordered croissant, my favorite. I partnered it with hot chocolate. Bry ordered a flat bread partnered with a hot chocolate also.

"Hey. Have you ever thought about the test they will do to us?" I asked Bry.

"What do you mean?" Her brows furrowed and sipped on her hot chocolate.

"When we turned 16." I said. When she realized what was I saying, she wiped her mouth and leaned closer to me.

"Oh yeah right! I'm nervous about it!" Her eyes widened when she thought about it.

"Yeah me too. But I'm confident that this is my real family." I said pertaining to mom and dad.

"Yeah me too. I look like mom. I don't know about you." She shrugged.

Well yeah, I don't know where did I get my features from. By the way, I need to think positive though. I don't usually believe in that traditional things.

"Hey dad!" I immediately went to him and hugged him. He's doing some work with his laptop in the living room. Mom's probably sleeping upstairs.

"Dad, when you turned 16, does grandma and grandpa are your real parents?" I asked him while looking at his laptop.

"Yes. That test isn't true though. It's just traditional." He shrugged and continue doing his work. I just nodded and went upstairs to take a nap.

I woke up around 3 in the afternoon. I reached for my phone to check some messages since I turned on the silent button. I don't want to be disturbed during my nap.

I was shocked to see missed calls and messages from...

Blaze!

Blaze01 : What section are you?

Blaze01 : Did you eat already?

Blaze01 : What time did you and Bry go to the school?

5 missed calls from Blaze

Gosh! I was taking a nap. I replied to him immediately that I took a nap. He just replied okay after that. I also asked him about the traditional things. He said he's a bit nervous by it since he's parents said that he's only adopted.
