Chapter 4; Centenary 7

Rainbow Dash-

Today is gonna be awesome.

So, Flash asked Twilight if she'd want us to listen to his bands new song. Of course, she accepted, so today we're going over to the bands hangout (Flash's basement) to listen to their new song. I'm super excited, but not only because we get to rock out to some tunes, but I hear that Burning Flame is in Centenary 7 (Flash's band)! Ok, so maybe I do like him, a little, but I barley know the guy, and I haven't had a single conversation with him except for when I bumped into him.

When we get there, Flash's mom offeres us cookies and milk. We pass, just wanting to hear the new song. We get downstairs, and the band's already set up. "Hey guys! Thanks for coming, we could use the feedback." Flash says. "1,2,3,4 !" Flame shouts, and the song starts. The tune's nice, got a good bass line, awesome guitar solo, and a hot beat. The beat. Flame. He's all I can think about, and I'm lost in the beat, not the guitar playing. I dance to the beat, not making an air guitar instead. The song ends and we all clap. "Really great song guys" Twilight says. "Yeah, it's got a nice beat to it." I say. "Well, Flame here came up with the beat himself!" Flash exclaims, beaming towards Flame. Flame grins.

After a while, everyone else leaves, but I stay because my mom is supposed to pick me up.Flame walks out of the hours with drumsticks in his hands. He sees me, smiles and walks over to me. "Hey" he says. "Why're you still here?" "Oh, just waiting for my mom." "Oh. Hey, I could drive you home, or walk you if you want?" "Sure, just let me text my mom" I text my mom, and afterwards he asks, "would you like me to drive you or walk you home, Dash?" "A walk would be nice, get some exercise"
