I grabbed a dollop of pomade and started applying it on my hair. I was keen on styling my hair in a slicked-back today since I want to be extra special. And it took me a few minutes to comb my hair back and have a satisfying result. I gave myself a once over and re-adjusted the leather jacket I was wearing over my gray hoodie. It was almost the end of autumn, and the weather has started to get icy-cold as we near the winter season. I personally hate winter. I hate the cold.

Looking at myself in my bathroom mirror, I gave out a satisfied smile and pulled out my phone in my jean's back pocket. I saw Jungwoo texted me that he was already ready and that he was waiting for me so I replied to him that I was on my way. With a grin, I placed it back in my pocket and happily walked out of my room.

Today was our hundredth day together. I don't know if couples around the world celebrate this occasion but in Korea, it's a pretty big deal. It marked that we have surpassed a different stage of closeness as a couple thus, symbolizing that we have great chemistry or affection for each other. And it's quite true because I ensured that everything goes smoothly and planned.

On my way, I dropped by at the flower shop I usually frequent and parked my car out front. I looked over the shop and noticed that there were not many people inside which was ideal for me. So, I got out and locked the car before walking towards the shop in quick measured steps.

"Hi! I'm here to pick up the bouquet of flowers I had ordered in advance," I smiled sweetly to the guy at the counter, who was busy rifling through a stack of papers.

"Name?" he asked without looking at me.

"Taeyong,"

"Wait a sec," the guy replied before putting down the papers he was organizing and walked towards the back room. After a few minutes, he finally came out with a bouquet of red carnations mixed with a spray of baby breaths. "Here," he handed it to me.

"Thanks," Rude, I was smiling here the whole time and he didn't even bother to smile back. "By the way, do you guys have orchids here?" I asked out of the blue when I noticed their selection of flowers on display. "Jin...Jinyoung?" I added when I caught sight of the guy's name tag.

"Orchids?" he finally looked at me. "Yes, we occasionally have them but you need to make a request for it since we only purchase it by order. Do you want a form?"

"Yeah, I might order some in the future. My mom loves orchid."

"It's not every day I see a guy buys flower for his mom," he replied with a small smile. Then, he handed me a few forms and bid me goodbye as I walked out of the shop.

After fifteen minutes, I finally pulled over at Jungwoo's apartment, so I texted him to come down since we needed to go somewhere else. I saw him walking down the steps with a warm smile on his face. He was wearing a red flannel long-sleeved shirt partnered with a dark washed denim and classic Converse low-cut shoes. The sight of him made me happy and excited as I felt my mouth gave an involuntary smile right away. I guess it's true that owners get attached to their possession sooner or later.
