"Hey, handsome!" I called out to Jungwoo as soon as I walked inside his office. It has been a week since we started dating and we decided to enjoy every moment of it as much as we can. But I told him that since this was my first same-sex relationship I wanted to take it slow. I let him know that wanted to fully immerse myself in this relationship like I have with all of the women I've dated. Besides I needed to do a ton of research on how certain things work.
"Hey, you're early today," he greeted back while returning my hug.
"Since we're already done with the plans. All we need to do is submit it to the contractor and oversee the project. Here on out, it should be easy breezy,"
"Okay, but we are restocking the shelves today and I'm helping Mark do it. Can you wait?"
"Of course. I can help if you want?"
"No. You just got off from work, so take a rest here. We'll be quick," he assured me with a smile and pushed me down on the lounge chair. "Stay here," he called out to me before closing his office door.
I decided to follow his suggestion and wiggled myself to the most comfortable position I can make and slowly drifted into a nap. Overworking myself with three projects at the same time was no joke. But I wasn't about to tell Jungwoo how draining my work can be especially since we just started dating. And I have a lot of things to reconsider now.
With a slight touch on my cheek, I jerked awake and let out a wide yawn. "How long was I out?" I mumbled as I caught the hand that caressed my cheek and stroked it affectionately.
"Around forty minutes?" Jungwoo answered softly.
"Ah, damn. My back hurts," I stretched out and immediately winced in discomfort.
"I can give you a massage later?"
"Hmm? Do you know how to?" I teased him.
"Just knead and press, right? That's easy," he replied with a grin.
"Okay. You can knead and press all you want with this hand," I answered while bringing the back of his hand to my lips and planting a kiss. I saw a rosy blush crept on his smooth ivory cheeks before he looked away.
"Then we need to get going," Jungwoo straightened up and patted his pants.
"Oh? Where's Mark?"
"He went straight home after we finished. I told him to say goodbye to you but you were napping,"
"Ah! That's fine. It's not like we don't see each other every day now." I stood up and followed him out the door.
