Chapter 1- Surprise Surprise

Hi guys. This is my first fan fiction. I hope you guys like it. I will post the next chapter up soon. And this story takes place a few years after Breaking Dawn. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY NESSIE!"

Edward and I cheered loud in our daughter's ear . We were in her bedroom at her bedside. Renesmee woke up instantly and blushed. Edward kissed her forehead. "Happy birthday!" I told her again.

I hugged Edward. Our daughter was now 5, but mentally and physically she was like a 15 year old. 2 more years until she would be fully grown and will be 17 forever.

"Thanks mom and dad," she said still blushing. She was starting to get out of her bed.

"Wait! Not so fast!" I told her. Edward laughed and handed her a small red box with a tiny sliver bow on top. She looked up and smiled at us. Renesmee quickly opened the box and smiled bright. She held up a gold necklace that had her name "Renesmee" written in cursive.

"Oh mom, dad, I love it. It's great! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" she exclaimed and jumped up in her bed.

Me and Edward laughed and smiled. "We're glad you like it" Edward told her. She hugged us both. "Okay, so what would the beautiful birthday girl like for breakfast?" I asked her.

"Can I have my favorite please? Eggs, toast and Bacon!" she begged putting her hair in a ponytail. Her light brown curls were hanging down.

"Sure. I'll go make it" I replied and kissed her forehead.

I headed downstairs. "I'll help too, to make sure your mom doesn't burn it again" I heard Edward explain to her. I was surprised. I never burnt... Then I remembered.

Edward was distracting me and I burnt the toast. I was a pretty good cook. I cooked all the time when I lived with Charlie.

"It was only one time!" I told them from downstairs. I heard Renesmee giggle and Edward coming down the stairs.

"Need some help" Edward whispered in my ear.

He wrapped his arms around my waist. "Sure, can you help with the bacon?" I turned around and looking into his golden eyes.

"Of course", he kissed me and I kissed him back softly.

"Let's get started then", Edward said getting the food. "Okay," I smiled.

Soon enough the breakfast was done and Renesmee took her plate and dug in. She sat at the table in the kitchen and watched the tv.

"Wow! This is really good", Renesmee exclaimed as she was finishing the last remaining pieces of food from her special breakfast.

"You got it right this time mom" she joked. Edward laughed.

"Ah, yes thanks to my help!". We all joined in.

There was a knock on the door. Hmm. We weren't expecting anyone. Maybe it was Jacob to see Renesmee or maybe even Alice. I went to get it while Edward stayed in the kitchen with Renesmee and cleaned up. I opened the door and gasped as I saw who the person was. My mom.

Oooh. Renee is here. Will this be a good thing or bad? Hmm.. Sorry this is a short chapter. More chapters will be posted later. Hope you liked this little piece.
