"Em are you going to get up today?" My dad asked me as he came and sat on the end of my bed. I've been having a lazy day since I had really bad cramps all morning. "You're okay right? No bad thoughts?"

My parents always get really worried about me when I'm not acting happy. They always think that I've slipped back in to my depression. I'm honestly in a way better place right now. Better then I have been for the past few years.

"I'm okay dad. I just had cramps and I want to have a lazy day." I tell him honestly.

"Oh good. I'm sorry for asking but we just always worry about you. You're our miracle baby and I never want anything bad to happen to you. I love you sweetie." My dad said and hugged me. I hugged him back and sighed into his shirt. I love my parents to death. They had me young but I like it better that way. They are still fun and outgoing parents and love to goof around with me. They are my best friends and I know I can tell them anything and they would never judge me, they would just give me advice.

"I love you too dad." I told him.

"Do you need anything?" He asked me and I shook my head. My mom walked in before I could respond.

"How you feeling sweetie?" My mom asked and sat with my dad on the bed.

"The cramps have gotten better." I tell her and I watch as my dad wraps his arm around her waist and rests his hand on her thigh.

"That's good. Do you need anything?" She asked and I could only chuckle.

"No. I'm good." I tell her.

"Are you feeling good enough for us to leave? If you don't want us too leave you alone then we won't and we will just stay here." My mom asks me.

"You guys can leave me here. I'll just stay up here and watch Netflix." I tell them.

"You sure?" She asks and I nod.

"I'm sure. Where are you going?" I asked them. I figured my dad was taking her out to dinner or something.

"I'm taking your mom out to lunch today and then we are going to go to the movies." My dad told me.

"Okay. Have fun. I'll be fine here." I tell them and as they are getting up to walk out of my room, I heard Colton holler for someone.

"We're up here Colt." My dad yelled down to him. I listened as Colton walked up the stairs and met my parents at the door.

"Hey. Oh did I come at a bad time?" He asked as he looked behind my parents to me.

"We are actually about to leave but Ems in her room." My dad told him.

"Oh okay I can come back tomorrow or something then." Colton said.

"I'm sure Emory wouldn't mind some company for a little while if you want to stay with her. She's just watching movies today." My mom offers him.

"I can stay if she wants me too." Colton tells them.

"Em?" My mom asks and turns around to look at me. I nod my head.

"Okay, well we have to go. Have fun and don't watch all the movies." My dad said with a chuckle and he lead my mom downstairs to the car.

"Hey." Colton said as he walked in my room.

"Hi." I said quietly.

"You know you don't have to be shy around me today right? We've done went through this." He laughed.

"I'm always like this. I can't help it." I shrug. He looks around my room before he focuses back on me.

"Your room looks great. I helped mom when she first started building the bed but then I had practice and I didn't get to see it finished." He told me.
