Over the past week I've been stressing out about how to tell my mom. My dad said he'd tell her or at least be there with me when I tell her but I'm still scared. I have a little bit of a plan for what I'm going to say but it most likely will not be what comes out of my mouth at the time.

Todays the day though. My mom comes home from Florida in an hour. I think we are just going to sit down with her in the living room and then I'll tell her. Dad already told me that she would be supportive but he doesn't know how she will act when it surprises her. That's what he will be there for is to control her.

I went to the kitchen and found some leftovers to snack on. I don't know what it is but these past few days, the baby is always making my stomach growl. I'm always eating on something now. I've also been sicker in the morning times but by noon, I'm good to go.

"Your mom just texted, she's almost home." My dad came into the kitchen and told me. Just at that time I heard a car park in the driveway. We started walking out of the kitchen just as my mom walked in the door.

"Blake, you better have a very good excuse for why there was a bill at Walgreens for pregnancy tests. I swear you better not be doing-." My dad cut her off there. This is bad. She sounds in an angry mood, not the best time to tell her. But she always thinks my dad messed around with someone and got them pregnant, so I have to tell her now.

"I would never cheat on you if that's what you were getting ready to say. You're the only girl I ever want I'm the rest of my life." My dad tells her which calms her down for a bit but then she remembered.

"Then why would you buy tests? Did we get hacked?" She asks and he shakes his head. He looks to me and I nod.

"Someone needed them." My dad says and looks at me to tell me to tell her. I get ready to speak when her hands flew to her face.

"No way?!" She all but screamed. "Em?"

"I'm pregnant mom." I tell her and feel like I wanted to cry. When she started crying and hugging me, I couldn't hold my tears back.

"How? When?" My mom asks me when she finally stops crying.

"Liv I think you know how." My dad states jokingly and she punches his arm.

"Not what I meant." She says and rolls her eyes. "I didn't know you are with someone." She says with a frown. She acts hurt that I didn't tell her.

"I'm not." I say and she raises her eyebrow.

"It wasn't ra-." I cut her off there because I didn't want her to think like that.

"No mom, it wasn't." I tell her and she nods.

"I'll let you two talk." My dad says and leaves the room.

"Let's go up to your room and talk that way you can sit." She tells me and leads me up to my room. I lay on my bed and my mom sat beside me. "So are you going to tell me who's it is?"

"It's a boy from school." I tell her. I'm not telling her Colton's name anytime soon because Colton wouldn't want it.

"You aren't going to tell me who?" She asks and I shake my head. "Well have you at least told him?"

"Not yet. I wanted to tell you first before I told him." I tell her.

"Well I expect you to be telling him soon." She says and I nod. "Do you know about how far you are?"

"It has to be about 11 weeks." I tell her and she looks at me weird.

"And you just now figured it out? No signs until now or did you just wait to say anything?" She asks.
