"Em, can you go get Colton and tell him we are about to leave?" My dad asked me. I nodded.

"Let me change real quick." I tell him and I run upstairs. I already had my outfit laying on the bed, I just had to put it on. I put on a white tank top and a blue cotton skirt that had shorts under it. I wanted to be comfy for the car ride.

Once I had thrown on my outfit, I walked across the back yard to Coltons house

Once I had thrown on my outfit, I walked across the back yard to Coltons house. I raised my hand and knocked on the door. I heard footsteps and then the door open. "Hey Emory." Sara smiled as she opened the door. "I love your outfit." She said.

"Thank you. Is Colton ready?" I ask her.

"I don't know what he's doing. He should be ready." She told me. "Colton!" She yelled upstairs. "You can go up and see what he's doing." She tells me.

I quietly walked upstairs and was about to knock on his door when it opened. I lowered my hand and looked down. "Oh hey. Sorry I was getting Kona's stuff packed up." He told me and then whistled for Kona. She came running at me so I bent down to pet her.

"We are about to leave." I tell Colton as I stand up. He says goodbye to his parents and we walk back to my house. My dad already had all of our bags in the truck except for Coltons.

I got in the middle seat since it gave me anxiety to sit in the back and not be able to see the road. Colton sat on the left side of me and Kona was laying in the passenger side seat. "Why are you in the middle?" Colton asked as my parents got in and my dad started to back out of the driveway.

"She's has this fear of not being able to see where she's going." My mom tells him.

"I want to see what's going to kill me before it does." I say with a shrug. He just shakes his head and laughs. I probably sound weird to other people but it's my anxiety.

An hour into the trip, I was very tired. In my subconscious state, my head found Coltons shoulder. Before I knew it I was stretched out on the seat with my head on Colton and his arm was lazily draped across me. I'm pretty sure he was also asleep.

I woke up to my parents yelling mine and Coltons name. I tried to jump up but there was an arm wrapped around me. "What?" I groan instead.

"We are here." My dad tells me. I wiggle free from Coltons heavy arm and then hit his shoulder to wake him up. He finally wakes up and looks at all of us. "We are here." My dad repeats to him. He slowly nodded as he got more woke up.

We unloaded our bags out of the truck and I looked up at the cabin that I hadn't been to since I was 10. My dad opened the door and let us all in. We set the bags on the floor and I looked around. It was mostly how I remember it.

You walk into the living room and then the kitchen is off to the right side. The left side has a bedroom and bathroom/laundry room. Straight across from the door is a stair case that leads up to a loft that is a big bedroom.
