Dancing Lessons

Hawks picked it up from the get go that y/n spoke Spanish and it was a language she hasn't been able to speak in very often because it wasn't like she met a bunch of people who also spoke it. Therefore, he took it upon himself to learn a few words and a few phrases. Y/n was such a great help for him and she was really encouraging and supportive.

He also wanted to learn to dance because he's seen how she'd play her music and would sometimes start dancing by herself. He wanted to learn so he could just grab her by the hand and dance around in the kitchen or anywhere in their apartment.

Learning the language felt a bit easier than learning to dance. This was mainly because he was really stiff and sometimes got too carried away with trying to get one thing right. One day, they had another one of their "dance lessons" and he was too stuck on one thing and kept getting frustrated.

"Babe, don't focus too much on one thing," y/n said gently. He huffed and rested his head on hers.

"It doesn't exactly help that you're way better then me at this," he muttered. Y/n laughed a bit before reaching up to his head and scratched his head briefly before pulling away from him to go to her phone on the counter.

Y/n was also not the best dancer out there but for his sake, she did her best but also improved a bit more while teaching him. (Look foos, ik some of y'all can't dance either at all or all that good, and neither can I cuz shy girl tingzzz, but just pretend you can dance pretty good alright? We can't leave birb boi out here todo sólito)

"Just try and follow along to what I do, ok?" Y/n said as she changed the song to one where it wasn't too much footwork and they could dance a bit slower to. In the beginning, Keigo stumbled and messed up a bit but pretty soon caught on.

As they kept dancing, y/n made sure they were both not stumbling with each other and was also singing along. She wasn't the very best singer but she just kept singing and Keigo thought that was one of the cutest things she's done.

The song was over almost way too quickly for him and y/n left to go get her phone off from the counter.

She walked over to him and held his face between her hands and playfully pinched his cheeks. "Ay, que lindo," she cooed playfully. Y/n laughed a bit at his reaction. "It means you're cute," y/n explained.

"Me? Cute? No, baby bird, I'm tough," he joked and y/n rolled her eyes as a smile spread on her face. "Besides, I think you're the cute one here, anyway."

Y/n blushed at his words and rested her head on his shoulder in shyness before she had an idea pop in her head. She held his face again and kissed his lips quickly before burying her face again.

"Hey!" He exclaimed. As payback he put y/n over his shoulder and spun around.

"Keigo! Put me down!" Y/n exclaimed as she tried kicking her legs but Keigo held a strong grip on them so y/n couldn't really do much.

Instead of putting her down, he tapped her butt and kept her over his shoulder. He continued to spin and hopped slightly. He also had some of his feathers tickle her face and neck and y/n was laughing to the point where tears were forming in her eyes. She had to plead for him to stop but since she was laughing, Keigo couldn't help but laugh as well.

Y/n knew she was probably not going to be put down so she just let Keigo keep her over his shoulder. She did, however, get a little bored and wanted payback for when he tapped her butt.

So she raised her hand a little and then smacked it on his ass. "Nalgon warning," she said. He was taken aback and he adjusted her so her legs wrapped around his torso. It took y/n a while to adjust since she's been upside down for a while. Keigo took the opportunity to swoop in and give her a kiss while she was still a bit disoriented.

"Hey! No fair, I was dizzy!" Y/n pouted. Keigo chuckled softly as he stole another kiss from her.

"Well, I didn't ask for you to smack my ass, baby bird," he said.

"You did that to me first!" Y/n retorted back. Keigo laughed again and tapped her butt again.

"¡Óyeme! Watch it, Mr." y/n said sternly but failed because her face broke into a grin. At this point, Keigo already put her on the ground and just chuckled at her reaction.

"Aw come on, kid you like getting attention from me," he said smugly as he gave her more kisses.

"You're a meanie," y/n pouted at his teasing but still reached up to grab his face and kiss him again.

"You wanna continue with our 'dance lessons'?" Y/n asked after a few more kisses between the two of them.

"Tomorrow, I want cuddles right now," Keigo replied.

"Is it because you've got two left feet?" Y/n teased. He just stared back at her blankly.

"That was mean," he pouted. Y/n laughed.

"I'm sorry," she said between a few giggles. He really didn't buy the apology.

"It's cuddle time right now," Keigo said to her again.

"No, I've had enough of you for today," y/n joked.

"No you didn't," he said as he picked her up and took her to their room where he dropped her on their bed. Y/n made another joke at how that was a very romantic thing of him to do. They both started laughing at that before exchanging kisses once again.

Their night ended with y/n playing with Keigo's hair as he had his face in her chest and y/n hummed a song she still remembered from when she was little.

"Te amo," y/n whispered out to Keigo as he was falling asleep.

Idk where this came from but I don't think it's bad but not very good. I just thought that it'd be cute to do since this man has somewhat of an attitude and often times latinas are depicted as also having an attitude. However, I don't really think y/n was having much of an attitude here. Of course, I'm not saying all of them are that way but we can have an attitude at times. Just don't go assuming that a certain group of people is a certain way please and thanks.
