Karmanami: A-Z One shots

I - Ice Cream.

It was a very hot day, Manami and Karma were returning from the store from where Manami usually buys stuffs for her experiments. The heat was getting into Manami and she was tired but she decided to keep on walking.

"Okuda san you look tired, let's rest somewhere first." Suggested Karma.

Manami really wanted to rest and so she agrees to Karma's suggestion.

They see a bench under a tree and approached towards it when Manami sees an ice cream truck. She takes Karma to the ice cream truck.

"Excuse me sir, can you give me one chocolate and one strawberry ice cream."

"Strawberry ice cream?" Karma raises his eyebrows.

"Your favorite is strawberry right?"

"Oh, you know me very well." He giggles and brushes her hair lightly.

The two sit on the bench under the tree and enjoy their ice cream.

"Nothing's better than strawberry ice cream." Sighs Karma satisfyingly. He turns to Manami who gives her a questionable look.

"I'd disagree with that."

"Oh really? Tell me a better flavour than strawberry." Scoffed Karma.

"Chocolate, vanilla, mango, apple. Literally any flavor is better than strawberry." Scoffed Manami this time.

"Uh huh. Well let's taste each and every flavor and see if they can beat strawberry." Challenges Karma.

Manami smirks confidently and the two ordered for each and every flavor available in the ice cream truck.

"See, Mango tastes really good." Says Manami.

"Meh... Strawberry is still better."

Manami rolls her eyes and orders for vanilla. Karma still insists that strawberry is the best one. They've tried tons of flavorflavours and it seems like Karma was at his limit.

"I'm about to throw up." Karma runs to a nearby dustbin where he throws up everything he ate.

A concerned Manami rushes up to Karma and hands him a bottle of water. He drinks almost the whole bottle down and drinks like he's never had water before, he was tired and his stomach was bloating. He settles down on the bench, exhaling heavily and Manami giggles seeing Karma.

"You look really adorable Karma kun." She chuckles.

Karma blushes a little.

"I literally cannot tell what flavor I loved the most." Says Karma.

"It was a stupid thing to do." She giggles. "I'm actually confused as to what flavor I loved the most." She added.

"I still think strawberry is the best." He smugs.

Manami gives him the 'I don't believe you' eyes and then suddenly remembers something.

"Wait! We haven't tasted the cherry flavor."

"What! Do you still want to eat more ice cream?" Asks Karma.

"What else can I do? Do you want it?"

"No. No more for me." He raises his hands up in the air.

She walks by herself to the ice cream truck and orders one final stick of cherry ice cream.

"Karma kun, I'm going to eat this whole stick by myself." She tries getting Karma's attention.

"No thank you." Says Karma while trying not to look at the ice cream anymore.

Manami sighs and starts eating the ice cream by herself.

"Oh this is so good." Exclaims Manami.

Karma continues ignoring Manami but Manami's antics were slowly getting his attention. He steal glances and sees Manami eating the ice cream. He was suddenly feeling jealous of that ice cream. The ice cream was melting all and the liquid was also dripping from her chin.

"Karma kun, I'm done." Teases Manami as she takes the last bite of the ice cream.

Suddenly Karma takes hold of Manami, he pulls in Manami closer and Manami instantly turns as red as an apple.

"K-K-Karma kun, wh-what are you doing?"

"I just want to taste the ice cream."

Saying that Karma licks away the ice cream dripping from her chin, coming really close to her lips but he backs away in Nick time.

"Hmm... Wow... Cherry is really is a great flavor. Maybe greater than strawberry."

He smirks and turns to Manami who was no longer listening to him, he face had turned the reddest shade of red possible. He heart was beating as fast as a lightning strike. She covers her face, embarassed and shy.
