A 9 years old Rika comes back from school looking a little off. Karma walks up to his little girl.

"What happened dear. Why is my little girl looking so off?" Asks Karma imitating like a child.

"Oto san, are you and Oka san my mother and father?" Asks an upset Rika.

"Eh? Why would you ask that. Did something happen at school?"

"Tell me first." Insisted Rika.

"Of course we are but why are you asking that?"

"Then where is your wedding photo. Everyone in my class has a wedding photo of their parents and when I asked Oka san she said you did not get married then how are you my parents."

Karma couldn't help but laugh at his daughter's innocence.

"Well your mother gave birth to you before we could get married. We were still in college at that time." Answers Karma.

Poor Rika seems to be still confused, she was still very young.

"Then why didn't you get married after I was born?" Asks Rika.

"Uh------well I don't really know about that."

Karma didn't know what to answer. Both he and Manami had become so busy in their lives and for Rika that they forgot about a proper wedding. He was lost in his thoughts when Rika shakes him and brings him back to the real world again.

"Oto san, what are you thinking." Asks  the annoyed redhead.

"Rika chan, I need you to help me with something really important." Says Karma.

Rika and Manami were out on a picnic, it was Manami's free day and Rika had insisted on going to a park.

"But why are we in a park at 5 in the evening Rika chan. The park closes in an hour."

"The sunset view is beautiful from here Oka san, that's why I wanted to come here at in the evening."

"You're talking too smart for a kid your age." Giggles Manami.

"Well it's you two's fault. You're a scientist and Oto san's a bureaucrat." She smirks proudly.

Manami brushes her naughty daughter's hair, just like how Karma would do.

"I wish your dad was here too. Where did he go by the way." Sighs Manami.

"He said he's going preparing the most important work of his life." Answers Rika with a wide smile across her face.

"Most important work? Is he getting a promotion?" Wondered Manami while Rika smiles to herself.

The two enjoy the beautiful sunset for the rest of the evening when they hear announcement that the park was closing up.

"Well it's time to go Rika."

"No wait. Lets wait for a few more hours." Pleaded Rika.

"But the park is closing, we cannot stay here anymore."

"No No No. I've booked the park for the whole night."

Rika covers her mouth. It seems like she slipped up.

"You've booked the park for the whole night? When did you do that? How did you do that? Who booked it?" Manami looked at her daughter with suspicious eyes.

"N-Nothing Oka san." Rika chuckles nervously.

"Rika-------what is going on?" Asks a super suspicious Manami.

Rika runs away laughing and Manami follows behind her.

"Rika, where are you going. Don't run please, come back here."

Rika makes Manami follow her for around 20 minutes before finally coming to rest.

"Don't-------don't make me run-------anymore. I'm------out------of breathe." Says Manami while trying to catch her breathe.

Rika stops in front of a shed, it was dark. She turns around and silently looks at Manami and then gives a wide and beautiful smile. She claps her hands twice and the shed behind her lights up. Rika steps away to let Manami see the beautiful decoration of the shed. Manami was mesmerized, it was beautiful. For a moment she felt like she had gone back to the time Karma first took her on a night walk. Manami steps in closer to the shed when she sees Karma, dressed handsomely.

"Karma kun? What are you doing here?"asks Manami.

" Don't think about all that. Tonight is for us to forget everything and bring back the time we lost."

Karma extends his hands and Manami gladly accepts it. Music plays and he wraps Manami in his arms she wraps her hands around his neck. They slowly danced to the tune of the music and Manami could feel those times coming back. She hadn't enjoyed this much in years, since Rika was born.

"Manami, I wanted to ask one thing from you."

"What is it Karma kun."

Karma stops dancing, he gets down on one knee as Manami's eyes widened. He takes out a ring from his pocket. Manami gasps.

"I know it's a little too late to say this but Okuda Manami, will you marry me and live with me and our child forever?"

Manami couldn't believe her ears, she started tearing up.

"Yes.... Yes I'll marry you." Answers Manami while crying.

Karma hugs Manami who hugs her back, while a happy Rika watches all this from a far.

--------------------

The wedding as beautiful as it was supposed to be. Rika and Nagisa's daughters were the flower girls. Manama looked really beautiful in her wedding gown and Karma looked really handsome in a tuxedo.

He was all flustered with his classmates teasing him, no one imagined he'd get married that too to Manami. They were having a lot of fun poking jokes at him. Manami grabs hold of his hand and Karma turns to her. He sees her smiling and he somehow felt a little better and takes a deep breathe before a wicked and sadistic smile on his face. The same smile he used to scare his predators with. One by one all the guys slowly backed down but seems like it was too late, he had something up his sleeves, he was ready for a prank. A prank his former classmates would never forget.
