"She seems fine, she just needs to sleep it off. Jungkook didn't hit her too hard." An unfamiliar voice can be heard bouncing off the walls of the enclosed room, hitting your eardrums in a painful manner. You blink, close your eyes and blink again. Slowly, the strong forms of furniture in the room come into focus.
You groan in reluctance and try to dig your face into what it was you were lying on, in search of comfort. The ground beneath you feels soft, almost like you weren't currently sleeping on uneven bedrock and grass and with that thought, you shoot up now more alert than ever. Your adrenaline kicks in, allowing you to temporarily forget about the headache you're having.
Rubbing what remained of your sleep, you scanned your unknown surroundings. Although the room was small, it felt overwhelming to be in. There was just so much to take in for such a compacted area. The first thing you noticed was how beautifully furnished it was. The walls were lined with a beautiful maroon colour, all the furniture finely crafted from dark oak wood and accented with golden trimming. It looked like a room suited for a Nobel.
With no recollection of how you got here, your haste to find an exit only increased. "Shit." You curse before jumping out of the bed in a panic, the fast movement causing you to stumble back and become disoriented.
The world around you becomes fuzzy for a few seconds before clearing up again. You try to grab onto the bedpost to steady yourself, your mind focused on trying to remember back to last night. But you came back with nothing. All you managed to recall were clouded images, giving no clues of how you had gotten here.
The sudden amnesia you experience makes you slightly on edge. You were usually a very observant person, at least, you tried to be. Living in this kingdom by yourself with only Jimin to keep you company made you in tune with the information relayed and the events you experience. So, to have a sudden roadblock of amnesia triggered many red flags. Indicating that what went down last night was serious.
"Oh Ms, you have awoken," A female voice says gently from across the room, "Please be careful, you have yet to fully recover."
Whipping your head around to face the source of the voice, you finally acknowledged the two unfamiliar figures standing inside the room. Your heart begins to beat rapidly whilst you try to reach for the dagger you kept secured on your thigh, only to find it missing. Panic was evident in your features as you tried searching for the weapon.
Suddenly, a flash of black crosses your vision, and the pain of the headache comes towards you with full force.
"Okay, maybe Kook did hit her a bit too hard." The male voices, immediately jumping forward and kindly encircling his arm around your shoulders, steadying your disoriented body.
The contact of his cold fingers against your warm skin causes you to flinch, the only word you process in your mind being 'Kook'.
"Kook you knob head, what did I tell you last night?"
